Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Stichtse Vecht

We spent 3 nights in the cottage. Very nice tastefully decorated and very well furnished cottage with car accessibility and parking. Gite located in a very pretty city, within walking distance and with all the necessary shops. Gite near Amsterdam (20 minutes to access a P+R) but also close to Utrecht. Perfect!

It’s nice quiet place with friendly people (the hosts as well as the people around). There is a bar / restaurant right next door, but it’a open only 10am - 5pm. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need. The beds are comfortable. The only minor drawback is that there is a nice fireplace outside, but there is no wood.

I had an absolutely incredible stay! The hosts were amazing—thoughtful, kind, and always making sure everything was perfect. The home was spotless, comfortable, and so welcoming. The kitchen was a dream to use, fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. Every little detail showed how much care and attention they put into making guests feel at home. I truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience, beautiful modern house. Thank you for everything! 😊

Lida's tiny house was so lovely. The location was amazing too. My husband and I cycled from Amsterdam to Abcoude and it was super easy to get to. The train station from Lida's place is so close and convenient especially on a bike. It's walkable to the station, but I'd recommend using your own bike or the bikes Lida has on offer for you to use. Lida and Remco are fantastic hosts with plenty of info about things to do and see in the local area. They make you feel right at home from the minute you arrive. I would definitely recommend this place and I plan on staying again! Thank you so much Lida and Rem!

Michel is excellent host...5 stars is not enough....The house is pure relaxation, everything was clean and cosy. Lovely view of the riverside and scenery was outstanding 🙂 We will definitely be coming back!

It was wonderful to have this roomy appartment just next to the cows, with a view of the cows from the kitchen and one of the bathrooms. A peaceful place between a canal and a meadow, close to Amsterdam.

Very clean apartment and compliant with photos, very close to a supermarket and bus line. If you are by car: private parking in front of the house, 20 minutes to get to the Gein metro station then 20 minutes to Centraal Station by metro. Very good communication with Eline, his messages are useful and accurate.

We had a fantastic sunny weekend in a soothing and green setting. The small fenced garden is a real plus when you see it with your pet. The accommodation is tastefully decorated, very well equipped. Heleen is warm, welcoming and did not hesitate to adapt to our requests. Ideally located next to Haar Castle. We highly recommend this place for a romantic weekend.

The harbor office was easy to find, check-in was easy and hassle-free. The apartment fully corresponded to the description. The highlight is the view of the Loosdrechter Ser. The supermarket on the opposite side of the street makes your shopping very easy. The central location (about 10 minutes to the highway) allows quick access to the sights. We'd love to come back. We stayed in Charlotte's apartment for several days for the second time. It was great, just like the first time. Communication with Charlotte was perfect, and Charlotte was very, very flexible with check-in. Our travel plans changed, and we were late due to the traffic situation - Charlotte was just understanding and there. Thank you very much! We would recommend the apartment at any time and also rent it again ourselves.

Hayko and Nerys are great hosts! Very communicative and helpful. The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood. The surrounding construction is NOT a bother and noise from it does not reach the apartment. The apartment is amazing - well appointed, clean, and functional. We enjoyed relaxing in the apartment after a long day of sightseeing and we made a number of our own meals in the kitchen. Plenty of pots and pans, cooking utensils, etc. The Nespresso works well, as well as the hot water kettle. Most of Amsterdam is very easy to access from this apartment. The tram is the easiest - no tickets, just use your credit card or Apple/Google pay to get on/off. Same with the buses, but they run less frequently. The 1e Coehoornstraat Tram Stop (#7 line) is an easy 5 minute walk from the apartment. There are 2 grocery stores also about a 5 minute walk, Albert Heijn and Odin (health food store). Highly recommend staying here, for the apartment and the vibe. Thank you Hayko and Nerys!

We loved our stay at Jan-Bas’s apartment. The location was ideal with so many cafés and restaurants so close by as well as having the most picturesque and scenic views of the canal. The bed was very comfortable and the apartment had everything we needed to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Would recommend this place to anyone wanting an authentic and cosy stay in Amsterdam.

Words cannot express how lovely Joze’s place was! She met us upon arrival and gave us a tour, and we immediately felt right at home! She was extremely helpful and communicative! The home is located in a fantastic quiet neighborhood with walking distance to everything Amsterdam has to offer! The home is filled with Joze’s artwork and it makes for stunning finishing touches! We cannot wait to come back to Amsterdam and hopefully have the opportunity to stay at her place again! We had the BEST time!

We visited Amsterdam for the very first time to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary, and staying at Brian’s place made the experience even more special. From the start, Brian was incredibly responsive and helpful, he went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and stress-free. He met us early in the morning to take our bags after our long flight, and even carried them up the stairs so they were waiting for us in the room when we checked in later that day. He was also super flexible with our check-in time, allowing us to enjoy the city at our own pace without having to rush back. The apartment itself was bright, spotless, and had plenty of space for the two of us. Most importantly, it was such a relief to have a reliable, professional, and friendly host while traveling internationally. Thanks to Brian, we never had to think twice about our accommodations and were able to fully focus on enjoying our anniversary trip. We’re so grateful for the experience!

Peter was very friendly and responsive. The place has a very nice backyard, and the appartment is surrounded with many shops and coffees. The location is so good, there’s no need for any transportation, you can walk everywhere. Thanks to Peter for hosting us in this lovely apartment.
