Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Stichtse Vecht

We were a group of 9 people for my sister's bachelorette party. We were received super and even though the owner's house was right next door, we had our space to ourselves. It's a beautiful area there. If you want to stay in the area, it's perfect. For a trip to Amsterdam, it's a bit awkward by public transport, but it was possible. You have to plan at least 1 hour. But overall we were very, very satisfied and can highly recommend the accommodation! It was wonderful and nice, thank☺️ you very much!

Ultimately a "mobile home" as you know it from campsites - but right by the water, with its own terrace (from which you can jump directly into the water and swim), clean and quiet. Amsterdam and Utrecht (worthwhile!) in 30 minutes (by train or train) easily accessible. Check in was a bit difficult because no one was on site (phone number but outside at the reception). We felt very much, we would come back!

Enjoyed our time in the little houseboat, it’s small… but perfectly adequate for our family. Lovely surroundings and the most spectacular sunrises every morning! Would recommend

We enjoyed Barbara's house very much and especially that we had bicycles available with which we could ride to Amsterdam and the surrounding area. Since the house is the private home of Barbara and her children, it is also very personally decorated with photos etc. If that's too private for you, you should book something else - we thought it was great, because it makes you feel right at home! Barbara was on vacation herself, but check-in was super easy and there was a lot of helpful information and tips noted on slips in the house.

The place is exactly like in the pictures - very cozy and located in beautiful town close to Amsterdam. Karline was super responsive and accomodating, which helped us a lot due to hectic schedule. Fully recommended!

We loved our stay on the house boat and cannot recommend it enough! It was incredible to stay on the water and watch all the boats and rowers go by. The house boat is conveniently located between two stations, and the WiFi worked great for remote work and taking calls. The hosts were so quick to respond and so helpful. Do yourself a favor and book this amazing house boat!!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The house is exactly as shown in the photos – spotless, spacious, and incredibly comfortable. The surroundings are calm and peaceful, making it the perfect place to relax. Near the center (the public transportation is a 5 minute walk away) The host was fantastic: very kind, super communicative, and always available if we needed anything. Everything was clearly explained, and he made sure we had access to all the amenities. This place is truly a hidden gem – the quality you get for the price is outstanding. Magda and Peter’s place was just as beautiful as promised. It was clean and comfortable, secure and private. Our hosts were helpful and responsive to our needs and requests. The fridge and cupboard was generously stocked on our arrival with enough food so we didn’t need to shop for a day or two. The suite fulfilled all of my husband and my needs for the month we were there. Highly recommend!

We had a great time at Arjen's place. The house is very nice, very beautifully decorated, in a quiet area, ideal for a family of 4. Very nice very well equipped kitchen. The parking space is a real plus knowing that then you can go to the center of Amsterdam in 20 minutes thanks to the nearby tram station. The house must be very nice in summer with the terrace by the water. We hope to return and recommend this rental 100%!

Harold's cozy houseboat is ideal for a few days' stay in Amsterdam. By public transport you are super fast in the city center! The houseboat is cozily furnished and it's a little adventure to stay in if you're not used to it. Harold is very friendly and even gave us a fruit basket and a bottle of wine to welcome us!

super fine house. Were you imidiatly feel at home. Were nice open kitchen / dining area. cossy garden and cool! "pool" And the cat "Boris" is realy sweet.

The accommodation is just outside Utrecht and unfortunately not so easily accessible by public transport. For this reason, we rented a car and had a great stay. The apartment belongs to a kind of "cottage park" and has direct access to the water. There is a large terrace where you can sit superbly in summer. The place was exactly as shown in the pictures and communication with the provider was very easy. All in all a great weekend for us

I stayed at this lovely homestay in the Netherlands for 2 nights and absolutely loved it! The place was cozy, clean, and had a very welcoming vibe. The host was friendly and helpful, making sure everything was perfect during my stay. The location was great—peaceful. I’d definitely recommend this spot to anyone visiting the area and would love to come back again!

Complete accommodation, well-equipped, in an atypical and relaxing quiet environment. Truly idyllic place that puts the view. Rental with full equipment to stay on site and spend a pleasant stay with the family.... Boat, paddleboard, kayaks, trampoline, bikes, BBQ, hot tub, children's toys. Nice quiet village clean and nice. The listing is as described. Close to Amsterdam and at the same time completely exotic. I would highly recommend it.

We visited the houseboat with six people. The location, the ambiance, the silence, the loving decor and all the things that were thought of in the equipment of the accommodation...perfect. Communication was always possible, they responded within the shortest possible time. It was beautiful...we will be happy to come back!

We had a wonderful holiday cycling, boating and relaxing. The house is in a fantastic location and very private. Rik, the host, provided us with lots of restaurant recommendations and organized the hire of a boat for our two weeks. Communication was easy and excellent and the whole process was without drama. If you have not tried a holiday in the Netherlands (as we hadn’t) and you like fresh water swimming, great restaurants and drinks on a terrace watching the wildlife then this good be the place for you.
