Beautiful, modern and cozy family house close to Amsterdam. Situated in front of river 'de Vecht'. There is a jetty in front of the house, so you can easily make a swim or sup. A perfect spot to enjoy a holiday feeling. We are surrounded by fields, lakes and small beaches. Our house is located in a nature reserve where you can make beautiful hikes and cycling trips and super close to Amsterdam & Utrecht ( 20 min). In the garden you'll find a nice terrace, trampoline and a veggie garden.

Very complete house on an island with its own motorboat. All this in a beautiful area with lots of nature, where there is enough to do for everyone. In the garden, you can relax in a hammock, jump on a trampoline, go canoeing, paddle boarding and swimming from your own jetty. Nearby you can continue hiking and cycling to the nearby village of Breukelen and/or hiking along the Vecht. From Breukelen station, you can reach the city center of Amsterdam or Utrecht by train in 25 minutes.

De Vecht is perfect om in te zwemmen of met een bootje op te varen. Bootverhuur zit op 300meter. Heel zonnige tuin op het zuiden, incl BBQ. Op de oprit kunnen vier auto’s staan en heeft een Tesla charger. Hartje Utrecht is op 10 min met de auto of 20 min fietsen. Amsterdam is 20 minuten met de auto. Winkelcentrum 5 minuten.

Discover adventurous outdoor living in this oasis of tranquillity by the water! Only accessible by boat and boat is included (see photo), We always check you in personally and sail our own boat with you from the car park to the cottage in 5 minutes. Where we then explain a few things about the cottage and its surroundings. We are also at your disposal with a fast boat in case of emergencies. We ask an extra deposit for the boat of € 500,- because Airbnb does not insure it.

There are two luxury studios: "Rietkraag" & "Water"! Each has its own entrance and is equipped with a complete kitchen (including combi oven/microwave, nespresso coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher, hob, cutlery, glasses & cups, plates and pans), 1 x double bed, shower, separate toilet, Smart TV, Free Wifi and balcony overlooking the Lakes. Relax and relax in this just refurbished cozy little water house. Take a dip in the swimming water or throw out your fishing rod. Shower down under the luxurious outdoor shower with hot & cold water. And then delicious BBQ. There is a small outdoor kitchen with hot & cold water. When the evenings are a little fresher, light the wood stove. Optionally, you can take a nice boat trip on the lake, we rent the boat with a powerful electric whisper motor.

Beautiful 6-person home. Fully equipped with rain shower, oven, dishwasher, etc. Outside the door is the beautiful river Vecht where you can swim. Amsterdam is only a 30-minute drive away. The house is at the front of a vacation park where the facilities can be used such as tennis court, children's pool and a delicious pizzeria. Please note: The stairs to the 2nd floor are somewhat steep. Less suitable for people with walking difficulties.

Holiday Island Vinkveen with hottub & boat

Lovely vacation home with private garden of 1200 m2 located on a beautiful island on the Vinkeveense lakes. The island can be reached on foot. And there is plenty to do! The trampoline, swinging, paddle boarding, canoeing, barbecuing, cycling, sailing between the islands and swimming from the various terraces in the clear water. For the cold months, there is a fireplace, outdoor stove, lovely hot tub and heated outdoor shower.
