Not for groups of young people under 30, no parties. We require an extra deposit of € 500 for the boat as Airbnb does not insure it.

In the summer, the cows are in the pasture, not in the stable. The apartment is fully equipped, well insulated, wood-heated, with a complete kitchen, 2 bedrooms with en-suite showers, 1 toilet downstairs, 1 toilet upstairs, and a rear terrace.

For group bookings the minimum age is 25 yrs. - Boat rental cost: EUR 80/day (April-October) - Additional cost: open boat cruiser, electricity according to usage.
