Das Haus wurde neu gebaut und befindet sich am Rande eines kleinen Waldes. Der Funpark ist fußläufig in 5mins erreichbar, Supermärkte erreicht man mit dem Auto in 5 mins.

Loft in a historic carriage workshop from 1910, completely renovated in 2025. The loft serves as a changing art gallery and exhibition space for collaborative works by Karl Zwieback and other participating artists. Artists can apply for joint projects, overnight stays are provided. The goal is to realize the most community work worldwide. High-quality furnishings with underfloor heating, box spring bed, designer sofa, modern kitchen with induction stove, wine refrigerator.

The kitchen is fully equipped. An extra bed or baby bed can be provided. The apartment is very centrally located in the middle of Stein in a house restored with attention to detail.
