Eigenständiger Check-In durch eine Schlüsselbox (Code bei Anreise Tag) Netflix und DAZN vorhanden. Die Unterkunft hat sehr schwache Internetverbindung deswegen ist nicht für Homeoffice geeignet . Die Wohnung ist mit einer kleinen Küchen ausgestattet .Zudem wurde das Bad kürzlich renoviert und verfügt über eine Dusche, ein Waschbecken und ein WC . Bettwäsche, Dusch , Handtuch sind vorhanden.

The granny apartment is located in the middle of beautiful Reichelsdorf (S-Bahn [suburban train] stop within walking distance, then in 10 minutes in the city center). If you travel by car, there is a private XXL parking space available. The hostess lives in the same house and is very happy to provide her listed apartment. This is modernly decorated and offers a high level of living comfort.

Bathroom with 1mx1m shower. Washbasin, WC, urinal Right in the heart of Nuremberg just in the middle of the old town with a beautiful view across the fountain "Ehekarusell" and the tower "Weißer Turm". Subway station only 50 meters away, perfect to explore Nuremberg.

The property sits in a beautiful and green setting in an apartment building. Four to five people can comfortably enjoy all the benefits of the Nuremberg metropolitan region. Convenient location, quiet residential area, 50 m to the bus stop, 10 min to the S-Bahn station on foot. Fairgrounds/city center can be reached both by car and public transport in less than 20 minutes. Right next door: butcher/inn, bakery, pizzeria, bank, pharmacy, Aldi, stationery/lottery.

S-Bahn station Unterasbach reachable in about 3 min walking distance. You can reach Nuremberg-City (~10 min, S-Bahn), Airport (~25 min, S-Bahn, U-Bahn), Fair (~26 min, S-Bahn, U-Bahn), Ansbach (~32 min, S-Bahn), Südwestpark (~5 min, S-Bahn). Families: Please do not request as we will deny due to too many negative experiences.

Regina apartment, near Fun Park, S-Bahn

The quiet, bright, newly renovated 3-room apartment (75 m²) with fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and separate toilet is located in the idyllic village of Loch. Nearby there are leisure activities such as the "Playmobil Fun Park" 4 km away and the "Kristall Palm Beach" leisure pool 3 km away. There is also an S-Bahn connection to Nuremberg about 2 km away. By car, you can reach 30 minutes to downtown Nuremberg or to the Nuremberg Exhibition Center.

Apartment in a separate outbuilding

The lovingly furnished, newly designed and very well-equipped apartment is located in a building, that is separated from the main house. You live in a very quiet location on the southern outskirt of Nuremberg. By public transport (bus / subway) you can get to the main railway station in 25 minutes without any stress. The bus stop is only a few minutes walk away. The easiest way to reach the Nuremberg exhibition center is by car in only 20 minutes.

Fürth - Gabi's small apartment

The small, cozy 1-room apartment is located in a rural area that still has optimal connections to public transport and is therefore centrally located. The house is located on the street in a 30 km/h zone. You have to expect a little traffic noise. By car it takes about 5 minutes to Fürth in the city center, and about 15 minutes to Nuremberg. The apartment is really small! Approx. 18 sqm of living space! A little tight for 2 people!

Quiet studio, 10 minutes to the center (U1)

A former attic in a charming old building was converted into a studio with attention to detail in 2016. There is hardly anything in it that can be bought like this. A small roof exit overlooks the rooftops of Nuremberg. In the cozy and unique room you feel right at home and can enjoy the tranquility. Centrally located yet very quiet, the center of Nuremberg can be reached in 10 minutes by U-Bahn [subway].

The fully renovated apartment is located in the southern part of Nuremberg in a quiet area, approx. 15 minutes driving distance to convention center and 25 minutes to the center of Nuremberg. A bakery and supermarkets can be reached within walking distance. The apartment is suitable for business travellers, couples, singles and families (baby crib available).
