Vacation rentals with lake access in Stavanger Municipality

Centrally located house with an unusual layout (3 small floors, 1 bedroom at -1 and one at +1 relative to living room). We enjoyed our stay!

We celebrated Christmas in Stavanger with both children and grandchildren. The townhouse in nice surroundings was fully equipped, tidy, clean and worked absolutely perfectly for what we needed. The descriptions were correct, check in easy, the landlord nice and responded quickly if needed. Parking (with access to electric car charger) in separate parking basement was an absolute plus. Walking distance to the city center minimized the use of a car. Nice hiking trails nearby. Highly recommend the place.

Cozy house in central Stavanger. Tidy and clean it was too. The instructions and information received in advance as well as the good condition of the house meant that very little dialogue was needed. Thank you for your stay. Would love to come again.

Really nice place. Clean, roomy and relaxing. Also very not 9 minutes from the base of prekestolen.

We loved our stay, which was very peaceful, in what is a beautiful, tucked-away part of Norway. We swam in the water, visited the monastary and went for walks, all from the house, which was very clean and homely. Anders sold us some meat from his farm and the tomahawk steak in particular was amazing. Would love to come again someday. Very special and unique place that will stay in my memory for a long time. Thank you!

We loved it. Visually, the surroundings are exactly like the pictures. Stunning outlook, leafy, rough green garden space etc. The house space is comfortable and well lived in which makes it cosy and practical. Nice country cottage feel. Plentiful amenities. Relatively basic if you are expecting high end luxury, but is also not advertised as so, again true to all the pictures. We had a great time with our 2 kids and my parents. Hosts provided everything we needed for kids since they have one themselves. Thanks for having us!

We stayed for a month, and it was excellent. The house is super cozy, very well-equipped and with beautiful views.

Susan. She was super friendly. She was always attentive and asked if I was okay and if I needed anything, not to hesitate to tell her. I'm happy with your service. When I was about to leave, I asked her where I could throw the garbage, she told me to leave it there, that her husband would come down to throw it away, since they lived right above the apartment. Very happy with your apartment and your attention.

Tores place was exactly as described, very clean, close to bus stops, easy walk into town. Peacefull area Tore was very helpfull, would definitely recommend staying with Tore

We enjoyed staying at Christian's apartment, extremely clean and tidy and particularly "cozy", especially when it rains! The parking space was also very convenient for exploring Stavanger. Finally, Christian was particularly responsive to our questions and accommodating to leave our luggage on the day of our departure. We recommend it 100%!

Perfect stay - everything amazing! The bus stop for basically everything you need is 5 mins away as well and it’s such an easy and nice walk to town :)

Our visit in August 2024 is an absolute holiday highlight. Birger's cottage by the lake is definitely one of the most beautiful places we have ever visited. We had fantastic days, kayaking, sunbathing and fishing. All in heavenly peace and quiet, yet only 15 minutes from Haugesund. The cottage itself is very well maintained and lovingly furnished; everything you need is there. Birger was always available and was always helpful with advice. Definitely recommended!

The house is even more beautiful and larger than you could see in the pictures. We did not use the boathouse, but it offers a good opportunity to spend time on the water in any weather. The hosts are very nice, we were greeted directly and shown the accommodation. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

I cannot emphasize enough how relaxing and splendid our experience was! We had an amazing time staying there for our honeymoon! The host and her husband were very kind, friendly, and hospitable. Even though we came during Christmas, they went out of their way to make us feel welcome! They even set us up a Christmas tree in the cabin and provided home-made snacks. There was plenty of fire wood, so we stayed nice and warm. The beds were so soft! The back four beds could easily fit two people each, for those who are wondering. If you stay with them, I highly recommend renting the sauna paired with swimming in the fresh water lake! The eggs from the chickens are delicious! The sheep are friendly. It was the coziest, most relaxing place we have ever stayed. We are so grateful to have been able to visit! It really made our honeymoon special. We hope to one day come back during the summer to see how the area differs, but we suspect it is spectacular at any point in the year.

Lise’s place exceeded our expectations. In the listing she notes that the upstairs is not yet fully renovated. That is true but it is mostly minor cosmetic things. The bed was very comfortable. We slept great. Everything but the beds is downstairs on the ground floor. The downstairs which has mostly been renovated is spacious and very comfortable. Having the ability to store our bike in the garage was a nice plus. The area around the house is breathtakingly beautiful. Don’t miss the walk to and through The Fairytale Forest (Eventyrskogen) - a truly unique Norwegian experience.

Great house in a lovely area, lots to do for adults and children. Perfect for families with children with animals. A little close to the railway line, but quickly got used to it. Really nice host who responded quickly.

beautiful views, nice shower, lots of space, furniture a bit old but comfortable. Good mattress. Nice TV. Cottage is located in a beautiful location with a different view with boats, fishermen every hour. In the village within walking distance a large supermarket, pizza restaurant, second hand shop. Would like to come back.

The stay at John's house was great. I was there with my family and we enjoyed the big house in nature. John and his wife are very friendly and kind. They even brought us fresh fruits from their garden. :)
