Kick back and relax in this quiet, elegant space. The house is cozy and idyllic on Roaldsøy, 10 min from Stavanger city center. 100 m to the sea. Everything is included; bed linen, towels, soaps, coffee, etc. Plenty of swimming opportunities on the beaches Bjørnøystraen and Dolleviga, a short walk from the house. Excellent fishing conditions from the rocks nearby. Football field and playground a stone's throw from the house. A short drive through the tunnel to Ryfylke and you will find beautiful hiking areas and Preikestolen.

Welcome to a large and newly renovated house of high standard on sea property. Private beach in the garden, with the possibility to use the jacuzzi, kayaks, fire pit, barbecue, pizza oven and more. Enjoy a lovely sea view from the house's large windows. You can lie in the bathtub and look out over the horizon, and have your morning coffee in bed while watching the waves hit the swamp in the garden. It takes 5-7 minutes to drive to Pulpit Rock Camp, 5 minutes to the center of Jørpeland and 30 minutes to Stavanger city center.

The Persa house is beautifully located down by Klostervågen on Utstein Gard. The garden encircles Utstein Monastery and makes up the majority of Klosterøy. Utstein is a protected cultural environment and has particular national value with the cultural, landscape and agricultural elements that give the area its distinctive character. At Utstein, there are animals in the hinterland and cultural pasture all year round and limited access to transport. The hiking opportunities are many, short distance to the Pulpit rock and Kjerag.

Nice apartment with access to boathouse by the sea Hiking trail just below and swimming area 100 meters from. Shops,Restaurants and bakery 2 km from. It takes about 25 minutes by car to stavanger and 25 minutes to the pulpit by car. No smoking and no pets. Kayak can be borrowed with request. Naustate just below the apartment that you can use. Fire pit, table and chairs are also in the boathouse. Barbecue and garden furniture belong to the apartment. 18 foot boat with 25 hp can be rented for NOK 2000 per week.

Cozy cabin in lovely Byre.

Welcome to Byre. Byre is a small island with 4 families and just under 100 cabins. The island is not landfast, but has calls for both ferry and fast bats. The cabin is located about 300 meters from the quay, so here it is possible to come both with and without a car. There is a hiking trail around the island and there are several swimming opportunities. There is no shop on the island, but in the summer there is a small farm outlet with organic vegetables. Remember to shop for anything you need before you enter.
