Welcome to our modern 4-story villa located in 15-20 min walking distance to Stavanger city centre. The villa, which is 250 sqm, is originally built in 1935 and is part of the historic wooden house development in Stavanger. Our villa is fully renovated in 2021, so it has all modern amenities. In our villa you stay close to the city centre but still in a quiet area. We have a four year old daughther, and a two-year old boy, so there is baby chairs, babybeds, and changing tables available.

There are also endless other hiking and fishing possibilities nearby. If you want to spend a day in the city, Stavanger is just 25 minutes away. Our home has all your family need, and a large garden for the summer days. At the terrace you'll find both a grill and a pizza oven. In the garage there is a Tesla charger.

Feriehus med oppvarmet basseng!

The holiday home is under full renovation and the pictures are therefore not identical to reality. We will post the correct photos when the renovation is complete, around April 1, 2026! You will have access to your own equipment for use in the games room (pool table, darts, ping pong, and mini golf). Upon request, we have ball for sand volleyball and football. Here everything is set for you to thrive! The pool is open and heated from May 15 to September 15.
