Older cabin with simple furnishings and power supplied by a solar panel. Cell phone charging via USB port. There is a wood-burning fireplace, an outdoor grill (you must bring your own lighter and charcoal), a refrigerator, and a gas stove/cooking area. There are plates, bowls, glasses, and cutlery. There are also frying pans and pots. There is no running water, so we fill water jugs with clean drinking water, which can be used for both cooking and washing dishes. Spacious cabin with a large terrace and amazing views. Walking distance to the beach, lake, and hiking areas. Only a 10-minute drive to the center of Hommersåk. During summer, one can spend the whole day outside on the terrace with a dining area, seating area, sun loungers, gas grill, and jacuzzi. If it rains a little, you can relax on the sofa under the glass roof with a heat lamp. Gamlahuset by the sea - near Stavanger

"Gamlahuset" from around 1880 is rented out. The house is located on a small courtyard in Gardsvågen on Talgje, 100 meters from the lake. Here there is a beach, and there are hiking trails around almost the entire island. From Gardsvågen it is 1 km to the speedboat dock. From here it is 20-50 min by speedboat to Stavanger. It is 35 minutes by car to Stavanger city center. At Talgje there are also opportunities for frisbee golf and sauna rental (Anker Gaard) and there is a sand volleyball court 1 km from the house.

We wish you welcome to this very special apartment located in the middle of an 1929 industrial designed master cabinetmakers/ebeniste workshop building. Apartment is spacious - with modern bathroom, kitchen facilities, dining area, 2 TV livingrooms, a/c, big windows, beds for 4/5/6 people, a cozy backyard and terrace; all located in a very quite west side area of townhouses. Its 2-6 minutes walk to city center, harbour, railway and buses. Several grocery stores and restaurants 40-80 m away.

Magical place at the lake with a 8000 m2 garden and 120 m beach/shoreline. Perfect for relaxing, boating and fishing. At the lake there is a pavillion with a remarkable view where you can enjoy the sunset. A boat and canoe are available for free. It's a very private and quiet location, but still perfectly located in Ryfylke with all its breathtaking hikes nearby. In 2020 the bathroom and hall was totally refurbished, and a fiberoptic cable was installed with a fast wifi-connection.

The house is well equipped in all rooms. The house is located only 7 km from the starting point of the Pulpit Rock trail. It is a 5 minutes drive from Jørpeland, wich is the town center in this area. From the house it is a 10 minutes drive to the ferrydock in Forsand, where there is ferry connection to Lysebotn.
