@tuffi.residences is located just 9 minutes from the city gate, with a view and sound of the Sete Quedas waterfall and very close to restaurants and the 3 Orelhas Brewery. The chalet is well equipped: Wifi via satellite - Starlink, swimming pool (unheated), immersion bathtub, barbecue, suspended fireplace, external floor fire, hot and cold air-conditioning, swivel television, bed and bath linens, dishes, hairdryer, microwave, small refrigerator, cooktop, coffee machine and capsules.

Chalet Bela Vista da Serra Negra — with hot tub

A perfect place for days of rest and relaxation with a warm hot tub overlooking the Mantiqueira mountains. The chalet is located on top of a hill, with a privileged 360° panoramic view of the Mantiqueira Mountains. We are approximately 1 km from the Aiuruoca River, within the boundary of the Itatiaia National Park (about 16 km from Pico das Agulhas Negras) and in the rural area of Itamonte. Our space is ideal for those who want to rest from their daily routine.

We have an exuberant view all around the cabin. You will find a fully equipped kitchen, with a duplex refrigerator, microwave, electric oven, air fryer, toaster, Dolce Gusto espresso machine, dishes, cups, cutlery and pots in general. Queen bed positioned facing the mountains with linen and blackout curtains, 55" TV with Netflix. Large whirlpool bathtub with glass walls, allowing access to the Deck, which features a double beanbag and a gas barbecue.

The house is located in a condominium with a fitness center, sand court, playground and fireplace. It is (by car) 15 minutes from the Center and 21 minutes from Alto.
