I would like to give a tip to describe what is in the apartment, such as kitchen and bathroom items. I didn't know there was a sandwich maker and a hairdryer. I took my hair dryer and it wasn't necessary. I felt the lack of having a floor cloth available, a sink cloth and garbage bags and asked to leave the dishes washed, but there was no detergent and I had to go out to buy it. The coffee maker didn't work, we turned it on and the water leaked all over underneath with coffee and we couldn't find a cloth to clean it. I ended up getting a dish towel. The apartment is very comfortable, good bed, good shower, spacious bathroom. We found it easy to check in and check out and the location is good. I recommend it! I only described easy points to improve. Thank you

Perfect stay, Claudia's environment was set up with all the affection I believe, for her own home, by the small details and care. Therefore it was a privilege to have had the opportunity to share this space. The apartment is very cozy, well structured with an incredible view of the beach. Also, the staff should be praised, starting with the cleaning lady "Sol", but also the concierge staff "Thiago and others". The noisy of the river, the green, the details and comfort of the rooms, the magnificent gourmet kitchen, the warm ofurô in an incredible look! Everything, everything is sensational! The stone room is a separate attraction! Not to mention that it has absolutely all the possible and unimaginable utensils. In addition, the place is very calm and easy to access, perfect for quiet days and contact with nature ! Elisa is also very kind and gave us all the tips of the place and Luciano, who assists in the reception of the house, is very friendly and very available to help. We patiently explained how to light a fire, fire, sauna and the wood-fired oven! There is nothing that can improve, everything is perfect ! Wonderful house! The view is breathtaking, all the spaces are very well thought out and integrated, the house is just comfortable! One of the only ones where all the details were well thought out, the kitchen was very well equipped! And the bakery Edilton recommended surprised us, we found everything we needed

Our stay at Casa Lacustre was excellent. From the communication with Carolline to the house and its surroundings, everything was great. Carolline was very attentive before, during and after the stay, clarifying and answering questions by messages whenever necessary. The house and condominium are well located on Google Maps, so getting there is very easy, even with the dirt road. Access to the lake is very easy and fast, the condominium is very isolated, but with all the experience of the house and the view and the lake, it is not necessary to add more to the itinerary of the trip. The house is spacious and well-lit, the kitchen is well-equipped, but what really matters is the balcony, with the jacuzzi and the fireplace, and the view, which are spectacular, the photos can't do it justice. Highly recommended accommodation :).

My girlfriend and I spent the weekend at Nau to celebrate our anniversary and we couldn't have chosen a better place. It was undoubtedly one of the best accommodations we have ever stayed in. The house is in one of the best spots in Lagoa de Furnas, with total privacy and an intense connection with nature. The architecture is beautiful, designed to integrate the interior with the surrounding landscape. Every detail reinforces this connection: from the glass wall overlooking the sunrise and sunset to the positioning of the windows, everything enhances the contemplation of the lagoon. We've never stayed in such a well-designed place. The house is super equipped and we were able to make all the recipes we planned. The jacuzzi is delicious, the barbecue is great and the view from the room is breathtaking, it makes you want to go up and down the stairs just to see the lagoon growing on the horizon. Congratulations to Maurício and Diones for the impeccable reception. It was an unforgettable experience!
