Since the confirmation of the reservation, Regiane has contacted immediately, always attentive, polite and concerned about everything, a very friendly and humane person. The apartment is complete, air-conditioning, fast internet, airy and comfortable space! The condominium provides a visible security, in addition to being a family and calm environment, the neighborhood has everything close! Pharmacy, market, restaurants and bars. I will return more times, I felt at home (I would live there kkk for me). Anyway, I recommend to anyone looking for safety, convenience and accessibility.

I stayed with two friends in the apartment and was surprised when I arrived, extremely organized, clean and comfortable environment. Marcia was flexible with the checkout time and let us stay an hour longer than agreed. She welcomed us herself at both check-in and check-out. I'll definitely stay there next time I go to Uberlândia.

I usually stay in the flat whenever I am in Macaé and it is very worth the location. In addition, it is always organized and with the bathroom extremely clean.

Great cost benefit. The place is more spacious than in the pictures, and has a beautiful view of the cathedral. It is in the center. The fact of staying in a hotel also adds value, as it is possible to have breakfast on site, for extra payment!

Very comfortable apartment, has a great location in a very quiet neighborhood with nearby shops. Very cozy, with air conditioning, all the necessary utensils in the rooms besides very clean. Klaus responded with great agility in addition to leaving some pampering for our use! The only point of attention is the parking lot, we had a sedan car and it was a bit laborious to maneuver, but it did not affect the stay at all. I love the place and want to come back again. Ribeirão Preto is a great city! With many restaurants, historical spots and a quiet inland city climate!

Very clean, and furnished, with air-conditioning in both bedrooms. So well-organized that it had a dishwasher. Bathrooms with warm water and shower with good water pressure. First to Nádia, always attentive. The impeccable room. Perfect hotel, good food, lots of things to do in there and very close to the Thermas of the Laranjais park. Voltaria, no problem, no problem.

The apartment is very well equipped, just as in the photos, and served us perfectly. Both check-in and check-out were super fast, we had no problem at all. Everything is very well organized and clean. The condominium itself is outstanding. The river is open until 6 p.m., while the pools are open until 11 p.m. The restaurant, however, does not have many options, at least not at lunch. But overall it's a pretty good place.

Cintia was always very attentive with us and made clear the rules of the place, which were followed to the letter. The site was according to the description and was very quiet. i recommend it.

Danilo's apartment was extremely clean and organized. We were on the property quickly, only for a night's sleep after a long journey and were able to rest perfectly. I already knew the condominium/development but since I was the first time until today it has improved a lot. The staff are very polite, the place is airy and has a lot of privacy. One thing I loved was the fact that the apartment was turned to a forest and not to the leisure area. This made all the difference for me because we were able to rest and enjoy the view of the trees in a rainy night. We love it and will definitely be back.
