The stay corresponded to the ad, super clean house, a little further from the center, but had a supermarket, distributor near the house. I managed to visit other beaches, easy access to uber, I was in a car . The only problem I had was with the door of the Box that got loose, but the homemade, soon helped me to solve it and passed on to the owner of the house.

It was all impeccable. The only thing I missed was a curtain that held the clarity, this item left to be desired, the beautiful view of the balcony became a problem in the mornings. The rest was great!!!

Well located space, with several options of bars, restaurants and shops, as well as easy access to the main points of Goiânia. The location has met our family's demand well, and it's just like the listing.

Fantastic place to spend with friends and family. It is 30 to 40 minutes from the center of Teresópolis. So if you're looking for peace and quiet, this is the place. But don't go with the intention of going out and coming back from Tere, it can be tiring. Bring all the necessary food to make your stay more satisfying, without having to keep ordering food, but if you need it, there is a nearby place that delivers. Nilse is always available to help and support if needed. Katia and Paulo are great, friendly and proactive people, making communication much better. The house is fantastic, just like the photos. The only reasonable point is the pool, which will depend more on the weather, as it is a river pool. But the river that is very close to the house makes up for the lack of a “large pool”. In addition to the river that is 2 minutes away, there is a “dam”/“pool” of running water from that same river 15 minutes away on foot, it is really worth it. In short, an amazing house, friendly people and outdoor activity.

The apartment actually feels even better than the photos when you arrive, as it is very cozy (perfect in decor and details). It was super clean, quality bed and bath linens, covered parking and right in front of the building door (easy and fast). It's on the first floor, just a flight of stairs and my elderly parents climbed it easily. I highly recommend it.

Location top! Clean and quiet place. Everything smells! Close to everything, as it is right in the center. I didn't have to use the car for anything. This was the second time I stayed in the same hotel and same room. I will come back more times. The host is very friendly and polite, responds quickly. It is well worth it.

The Flat is very good, everything is clean. My husband, my two children and I stayed. Everyone loved it. The space is exactly as shown in the photos. The flat is also in a very good hotel. I contacted Rene to inquire about check-in, and he responded quickly. We didn't need him much, because we didn't really need him, everything happened within our expectations.
