Everything went very well.. the beach of geriba very close.. 2 minutes walking.... very friendly when leaving a conservative, umbrella and lounge chairs(2).. we saved something in our stay in buzios because of that.. The very nice complex

For those looking for peace, a cozy, fresh and reserved place the Fabíola loft is the ideal place. We had a carnival like we wanted, with family peace. Nearby dam and small muiiiiiito river near. Clean place without the smell of mold. It was great. Fabíola was attentive, quick, helpful, accurate in the information and kind. All great.

The house is much better than in the listing, all in it with excellent quality. There are two suites with air conditioning and an attic with excellent natural ventilation, all with double bed. The barbecue is on a private balcony on the deck. The deck is in the marina channel, where it was possible to see 1 meter turtles and several fish (da to fish). You have access to the beach through the condominium, a quiet beach without a lot of people, the advantage is at the water temperature, less cold than the other famous beaches in the area. The distance to the famous beaches is small but it takes a while due to traffic, it takes 30 min to get to Ferradura beach, we always made the routes by car. Hosts were always quick to respond. When arriving at the house, the condominium staff greet and present the space. In short, the stay at Mrs. Gladis' place was amazing. Tip: for restaurants there is the famous stone street and the gastronomic space in Manguinhos, which is very beautiful at night.

I had a problem with the air conditioning that stopped working , I contacted the owner promptly replied I asked a technician to go to the accommodation to check what happened, seeing that it would take time for the concert he bought a new one and made the installation , simply phenomenal.. perfect the days I spent in the lodging

The stay was otima! The house is cute, it needs a modernization on the floor downstairs but is already being arranged by Lucas, who is an excellent host, attentive, left all the intrusions through the house and also passed me by phone. The condominium is beautiful and super well located. Me and my family will be back!

Everything was great, we have nothing to complain about. We were very well received by the host, who is super attentive and always willing to help with tourism tips or any other occasion during their stay. The space is very comfortable for 4 people. It has all necessary utensils, comfortable beds, clean and comfortable bed and bath linens. The pool is great and the location super easy, close to markets and bakeries. You can walk quietly to most of the beaches. At your disposal, you don't even need to use a car. Certainly an accommodation we would recommend in Búzios!

We were very welcome by the caretaker Mr. Antonio, super polite , kind , helpful, cordial, the children felt at home , neighborhood of the condominium pleasant, all quiet , without clutter , without loud sound, a full peace , who seeks peace and safety better place. Easy access to the car center, beautiful beaches, the view from the window of one of the rooms is simply charming. When we arrived it was without light ; but by the end of the afternoon it came back.
