The space matches the photos and Kátia was always very requested, quickly answering any questioning. Well located environment, quiet and safe to leave a car on the street. There are many restaurants nearby as well as a mall next door.

My stay at Patrícia's was simply impeccable! The house is extremely equipped, with everything you might need and more. The photos already show how beautiful it is, but in person it is even better — spacious, airy, with a wonderful view of the beach and full of charm in every detail. The cleanliness was impeccable, with a super nice smell and everything very well organized. The location is also a big plus: being so close to the beach made all the difference in the experience. The condominium is very safe and quiet, which gave us even more comfort and peace of mind throughout the stay. In addition, the garage is spacious, safe and accommodates cars with total practicality. Communication with Patrícia was excellent from the start — always attentive, helpful and willing to help with any questions or needs. Without exaggeration, it was one of the best stays I've ever had on Airbnb. I recommend it with my eyes closed!

Rui e Cidinha are wonderful! The house is extremely cozy, clean and full of green. The hill is complicated but nothing that at the end of the day, does not become a funny adventure to tell. In fact, we were able to pick up local ubers who climbed easily. I just have to thank for the wonderful weekend we had and the fair price we paid. Valeu, Rui!

We had a quiet stay, there are good restaurants and bars nearby. Thaís always responded promptly and assisted us in the necessary instructions.

I would like to thank Dinho and Rosaria for the excellent stay we had at their house, we felt at home, the residence is exactly as it was described, in fact it is more beautiful. The house is wonderful and I think the images are not enough to describe it. It has a privileged view towards Ferradura Bay and all you need to enjoy the place. Simon is a great host and is always attentive to every detail. He gave us many recommendations for walks, restaurants and different activities that I can say, they were very accurate!!. The location is perfect, within a quiet neighborhood and a short drive to the beaches and various attractions of Buzios. In addition to all this, the administrator is always present, Hugo, who is a great person, very attentive and always available to make your stay a perfect time. Nor can we forget Jackeline, who is a great cook and helped us with the various household chores, making our vacations very comfortable. Only 3 of them left to thank for their impeccable attention and always timely disposition.

The house is divine, super comfortable, an incredible view, the location is 100 points, we walked every day to Rua das pedras, Cida was a sweetheart, she was super attentive, in short, super RECOMMENDED!

The house is exactly as demonstrated in the photos, very large and comfortable, facing the sea, literally opening the gate and stepping on the sand. It is at the end of Rasa Beach - not the most beautiful in Búzios - but ideal for those who seek tranquility, because it is far from any hustle and is empty most of the time, even in Carnival. We hired apart the services of the homemade Jessica and her mother Neia for cooking - I recommend, they are considerate, go out to buy the groceries and cook very well. We'll be back for sure.

Cinematographic house. Wonderful outdoor area and functional indoor areas decorated in very good taste. The support team was sensational, providing everything we planned impeccably. A special mention to Gabriela, always available and making everything easy to accomplish. The only point to comment on was the lack of air conditioning in the two main rooms, as we caught an extremely hot period in Rio. But since there is a smaller room with air-conditioning, it did not affect the stay at all. I highly recommend the space!

The service provided by the person who looks after the house was impeccable, attentive, helpful and very competent. The house is 100% bright and functional, and it's at the foot of the beach. Everything is perfect and I'm not exaggerating. Brazil is beautiful and much of that is because of its people. Ferradura beach is always protected from the winds of the four quadrants, so you can swim without problems on its beach.

Our stay was great! Paulo's house is just like the pictures, super beautiful and cozy, we felt at home! A complete kitchen, wonderful showers and very tasteful decor, we didn't miss anything! Communication with Paulo was also great, he gave us good tips and the house is inside a condominium, but it was super easy to get in and out during the period we were there! They can book without fear, it's well worth it!

We went with 12 people in the house and we were comfortably well installed. The place is amazing, nor the desire to leave, all very clean and airy, big. In the house corner of the house, a beautiful detail, handpicked. I loved the bathrooms of the suites, with large windows that give to the forest that surrounds the house. Gabriela has served us promptly every time we need to answer questions, from first contact to checkout. Now a case apart, are the chairs, Judith and Paloma. I have never seen so much concern, dedication, education and charisma together. There are two beings of light, who complete the place. They stayed all the time, asking if we needed anything. I wanted them for me...rsrs. Anyway ,it was a wonderful weekend. I definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to go to Campos, this property !!! These were unforgettable days....

Aparecida is an excellent cook and knows how to set a beautiful and neat table. Every day from breakfast until the end of the day she left the house beautiful for us. This was by far the best stay I've ever had through Airbnb. The house is wonderful, with spacious and comfortable rooms. Also, the pictures don't live up to the house, as it's much better than I imagined from the pictures. It exceeded all my expectations! Better, impossible! I intend to return soon.
