Wonderful stay! We arrived later than we had thought, but we were received promptly by Roberta. The place is all closed and secure. For parking is super easy; electronic gate and ample room for maneuvering. The apartment is a cute one! Completely equipped, I did not miss exactly anything and super clean and fragrant. In addition to the internal amenity, the outside area is huge and has several items for use on the beach. It is facing the Meaipe beach and close to the beaches towards Guarapari, you can go on foot or by car. I loved spending my Moon and honey in this home! We will definitely come back more often! See you soon!

Carla's space is better than in the photos, a beautiful view, good location and with everything close by. The towels and bed linens are clean and very fragrant, of great quality and good taste. Extremely clean apartment and beautiful decor and a treat was left for our arrival. Carla is super friendly, responds quickly and is always available for whatever you need and even gave local tips. We love everything and intend to go back.

The place is beautiful, great apartment, comfortable, beautiful view and well equipped. Hosta treated us very well, always responding when we needed it, sent photos of the garage location, for easy access, explained about the rules and operation of the place, which helped a lot, because when we arrived we were already on top of everything. Super polite, kind, helpful and cleared all our doubts. Only barbecue that was not working, but the apartment has all the necessary utensils of very complete kitchen! It has air conditioning, but it heats the house when it is on, but it has fans that are more practical and help to air the place and refresh, in addition to the large windows. The apartment was neatly clean. Bed and bath linens, everything was very well taken care of. We were made to feel very welcome, even with a little note and pampering. This is a differential that made us mega happy and welcomed. Everyone in the condominium treated us super well, polite and kind!

We had a great stay in Maria Eugênia's apartment, as the space corresponds perfectly to the advertised. Also, we really like the location and view of the apê, which is simply amazing! In addition, the apartment was very clean and smelling, with all the items needed for a longer stay. Another thing we really liked was the fact that there were on-site beverages for purchase. We loved it and would definitely come back!!

I had a good stay in the apartment of Stevan. The apto's location makes it much easier to move to other regions of Niterói or to Rio. The building is old and the premises are simple, but all clean. The host is very attentive, flexible and has great communication.

We went as a family, 3 adults and 2 children. Very easy access as they have a 24-hour doorman for handing over the key. The apartment is safe, clean and nice, as seen in the photos. Everything necessary for your stay. Well-equipped kitchen, bedding, comfortable mattresses and impeccable towels. Well located, right on the beachfront of Das Dunas. 15 minutes from Arraial do Cabo and 50 minutes from Buzios. In a quiet, safe setting. The beach is beautiful but has quite strong waves. The 2.5 km promenade to Praia do forte, safe for walking or jogging even at night. I want to highlight the communication with Joao, very friendly. He responded super fast and was always attentive to our needs. It's a great option for a vacation and we recommend it!!

I am suspicious to speak, as a recurring guest, I find the house a charm, the view to the lake, the integrated kitchen, everything very beautiful!

Max and Juliana's house is spectacular, all the perfect accommodations, we went as a family for a total of 15 people and there was still plenty of space, bedding and everything of great quality the excellent beds, the living area at the top helps a lot and had everything we needed, really a great experience, about the location is 8 km from the beach of the fort, which I consider a very quiet distance, the access to the house is a little scary on the first day, but after all the name "lookout" is not an act, after climbing the first time we got used to it and it didn't get in the way at all, all the colors that we need anything Magno that makes services for the house super well, we are all satisfied with the experience.

We enjoyed our stay in Clara’s house very much. The beach is beautiful with clear and calm waters, and it is so convenient to have it in your backyard. The first couple of days we went to some of the popular beaches, but they were awfully overcrowded and we had to pay for chairs and umbrella. The beach at the house is as beautiful as any other and it is just a few steps away. We were only 3 of us but the house is huge and suitable for large families, very comfortable and with awesome views from every room. It is in a quiet neighborhood but a short walk to the busy night life in Buzios. The host was responsive and kindly accommodated our early arrival and late departure. It was a bit of a trip from Ohio, but totally worth it.

Amazing Experience!!!! We were delighted with the tree house, we enjoyed unforgettable moments with our family and friends. The contact with the nature, rusticity and comfort of the house were very striking, the two environments are amazing and interactive, the networks were fundamental for dreaming and enjoying that post-lunch laziness. Another highlight is Wilma, an excellent host always attentive to details from arrival to departure, a very flexible person and always ready to respond to messages. The location is great and very close to the city center and supermarkets, bakery, pharmacy. The next holiday will undoubtedly be in the treehouse.

It was a great pleasure to stay at Geiza's house. From the first contact, when I expressed interest in renting the property, she was always very attentive, answering all my questions and offering help whenever I needed it. Geiza went further: she recommended companies for tours in the city, made the check-in time more flexible and, during my stay, contacted me a few times to see if everything was okay or if I needed anything. An excellent host! The house shares the land with two others (they are one above the other), and the interior is exactly as shown in the listing. The location is also great — close to the center, in a quiet neighborhood and in the upper part of the city. To get there, you have to climb a very steep hill, but the entire route is paved.

The house is very cozy and the outdoor space is very good for children to play. The kaiak tour was wonderful. The house was very clean and we were able to enjoy the days we spent a lot. We'll definitely go back. Milton is also a great host.

Very nice apartment, matches the photos and description. The kitchen is very well-equipped, it has everything we need. The apartment is facing the lake, with a pleasant view. I already knew the condominium, which is great, quiet. It is not far from the beach, by car it is 3 minutes, on foot should be a walk of about 10 minutes.
