The stay at Phil's house was excellent! Starting with the location in a quiet area with a spectacular beach a doorman away listening to the noise of the waves, the pool, the games for the children and adults, the bathrooms practically that in every bedroom, the friendliness of Luana and Patricia in the administration of cleaning and cooking, added to Phil's prompt willingness to help us with anything, made our experience fabulous. It was an incredible vacation. God willing, we'll be back soon!

My family and I spent 8 days there. The view was incredible. We did lots of walks and stayed outside just admiring the surrounding! The hots were amazing and responded almost immediately! We definitely recommend this place!

The accommodation is amazing, with an excellent location, just minutes from downtown, and with easy access to the Azeda, Azedinha and João Fernandes beaches. The sunset seen from the accommodation is simply spectacular. We highly recommend it! It's really worth it. The host was super receptive and attentive, as well as all the staff, who were very polite and helpful!

Carolina and Martin are great hosts and the place is a paradise. We have stayed at the condominium other times and recommend it.

We had a wonderful time in Buzios at this house. The views are out of this world. Gonzalo was incredibly helpful, super flexible and it was an absolute pleasure to stay there. We will be back.

We had a lovely stay at Caroline’s place. The place looks just as pictured - the pool area and the view are stunning. We enjoyed lounging around the house and were able to easily call Ubers to get to town - only took about 5 mins. Would definitely recommend staying here!

We absolutely loved our stay. The home was even better than the photos, very comfortable and had a stunning view! We encountered an issue with the water heater, but this was handled quickly. Silvana, who lives on the property, was absolutely amazing. She helped give us recommendations, and set up breakfast each day. Our stay was extra special due to her attention to detail and her patience with my terrible portuguese. We appreciated her very much! We highly recommend!

I just have to thank Claudia and ask God to bless and protect her so that she can make more people happy, as my husband and I felt in her apartment. Everything is exactly as it is in the photos and a little more. The place is beautiful, the view is heavenly, having breakfast on that balcony with that view was perfect, everything was clean, complete utensils, everything we were looking for was there, close to everything, you can walk to many tourist spots just admiring the waterfront. The only negative point is having to leave that piece of paradise. Thank you Claudia, I hope to return many times♥️🥰

We had a great time at the house! Marcos and the rest of the staff were great! The house itself is amazing with many ample bedrooms. The terrace overlooks the sea and you get unbeatable sunsets. The area is ok - there a few restaurants and markets walking distance (there a lot more just a few minutes drive/Uber away). The beach right down the house is not great though - you will likely go to others. Overall it was a great experience and I’d definitely come back!

We had an amazing stay here. The house is beautiful with many rooms and places to hang out. We loved the views of the ocean and ability to walk out onto the beach. The house is nestled in a quiet neighborhood but only a few minute walk to downtown so you get the best of both worlds. The kitchen was also fully equipped which we really enjoyed. Would highly recommend staying here!

Place is outstanding. We go to Buzios 3+ times/yr from San Diego for 25 years. Had been renting another home nearby this one (since the views anywhere on the mountain/hill ridges here and above Praia Joao Fernandez are best in Buzios, IMHO) & want to have another "go to" home so we decided to try Poul's. We'll be back!! Noteworthy about this home (if you're American and worried about safety -- welll, as Americans frequently are) is that it's in a 6-home "closed condominium" . . meaning a 'secure-code gated community'. The word "condominium" does NOT translate in Brazilian portuguese to the the American "condominium" (which means an "apartment(s)" in Amer. english. So don't be confused when seeing that word here. Means 'gated community'. So if safety is an issue for you (and frankly it shouldn't be) then this home being in a "gated community" is great. Also the 6-home pool ajoins Poul's villa so it feels like it's "yours" & plenty big enough for early laps & exercise (biggest + !!)

Impeccable apartment. Communication with the host was very easy and the instructions were very clear and complete. I will definitely return to this apartment, especially with the attention the host gave me.

The house is charming! The ideal place to relax: quiet place, very clean, well decorated and structured house. Near the house there is a market with bakery (you can walk). The communication with Gustavo was very fluid and when we stayed, a gold team helped us with small details: Romário, Vânia and his mother (who is an excellent cook). We only have to thank and we hope to return next year!

This is the second time my husband and I have stayed at Juliana's place and we intend to return more often. The space is clearly designed for the well-being of the guests. Everything exactly as advertised. Perfect as always!

I loved the house. It has a beautiful view of the entire Ferradura Beach. Super cozy, clean and airy environment. Host Carlos was extremely attentive. Always available to help. He even helped us buy charcoal. A thousand thanks!

Everything was spectacular, the house is beautiful, super quiet, we loved being surrounded by nature. Rafael, who welcomed us and saw us off, is a genius, always very attentive, he was always very willing to help us with whatever we needed. It far exceeded expectations! Beautiful house, all clean and with an incredible look. The fact that it has 5 suites is great, as it brings comfort and privacy to guests, as well as being well-equipped and having breathtaking views. The outdoor area is just like the photos, with a pool-beach, functional furniture and a barbecue with all the skewers and grills. Apart from the infrastructure, Bruno was a great host, always proactive and available in case of questions. The employee Lindaci is a sweetheart. I hope to come back more often.
