Sarah's house is very beautiful and cozy, the heating is great, if there is a problem, Sarah can also respond in time and solve it, the room is very comfortable, the layout is very good, the neighborhood is very beautiful, the environment is very good, we like it very much, we recommend everyone to stay, if there is a chance, we will definitely come back to stay. We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! It was just as beautiful as in the photos - modern, bright, clean and very comfortably furnished. We particularly liked the loving details in the apartment, the very comfortable beds and the quiet surroundings. We felt comfortable right from the start. The location is perfect: in just five minutes you can reach both the train station and the city center - central yet quiet. From the balcony you had a direct view of the imposing mountain backdrop with the Zugspitze. The hosts were incredibly friendly, easily accessible and always helpful. We can absolutely recommend this place and will be happy to come back!

We felt completely comfortable. The apartment is very well equipped, everything is clean and it is quiet with great views of the mountains. We used it as a starting point for various activities and at the same time as a retreat to spend time with friends.

The landlords have thought of many small details. Kitchen was super equipped (salt, spices, baking paper, coffee...). Even in the bathroom there was a small shower room.

We had a fantastic stay at this lovely 4-bedroom house! The location is peaceful and quiet, perfect for relaxing, yet conveniently close to shops and amenities. The garden is beautiful and well-maintained — we especially enjoyed using the BBQ and spending evenings on the patio. The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped, great for cooking and gathering. The host was absolutely wonderful — very responsive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommended for a comfortable and relaxing getaway!

Heike’s place was so homey and relaxing! It was the perfect spot to explore the area and be able to come home at the end of the day and make a nice dinner. The kitchen had everything we needed. The house was spotlessly clean. Great shower. Heike was good about communicating with us. We loved our stay!

We stayed with our children and grandchildren for 5 days in Egling in the house of Rü and were very satisfied. We felt very comfortable. Everything is generous and quiet. Cooking together in the super-equipped kitchen was a lot of fun. Excursions to Lake Starnberg and Bad Tölz were simply great, even for the grandchildren! Always happy to come back - we can highly recommend the house and surroundings.

It was a good fit for a trade fair accommodation for four people. Bakery right next door. Just finding the small driveway was a bit tricky. But also not impossible.

Amazing apartment, great host. And the view from the balcony is out of this world. The only "drawback" for us was the too soft bed. If necessary, the mattress could be renewed here again. Otherwise, everything was great and Bettina was a great host!

The host was very responsive and offered to help for what we needed. We had every thing we needed in that apartment. The apartment looks really nice, modern, and clean. On top of that, the location is perfect to get around shopping areas and restaurants. Recommend!😍

An excellent place to stay - easy to get to so many great days out from the flat. Lakes, cable cars to glaciers, monasteries and palaces. This is a beautiful part of Germany and a lovely village. We could walk from the flat and be in beautiful surroundings within minutes. The neighbours are very quiet, the access to a washing machine and dryer was helpful. It is a small flat but was perfectly adequate for a family of four. We used the sofa bed in the lounge which was very comfortable. The shower was excellent. There were lots of suggestions for things to do in the flat ... we just ran out of time to do them all. A warm and cosy place to stay.

We stayed 3 person which is good for us. Room was big enough bathroom and kitchen was very good and clean. The place is very nice and very close to underground, in front of the apartment. Emanuel was very friendly helped for our all questions and replied very quickly. If İ come Munich İ would like to stay again. Thank you very much for everything we had a happy holiday☺️

Loved our stay here while in Munich. This apartment comfortably kept the 5 of us. The location can’t be beat, walkable to Marienplatz with many delicious restaurants on the street below. Comfortable beds and plenty of space to stretch out.

The apartment is ideal for one / two persons. It has everything you need. The staircase to the mezzanine is quite steep. A well-stocked supermarket is just behind the corner. The connection with public transport is ok - you can reach the city of Schwabmünchen in about 20 minutes or you can walk 30 minutes.
