A studio that is a kind of annex to the residential building. The architect loved chapels, so the extension became a 6-meter-high room with a wooden ceiling and parquet. Sleeping place in a gallery. With wings and garden space, perfectly furnished with style - quiet and on the edge of the forest. The SBahn is about a 30-minute walk, 2 km away. Ideal for cycling in the south of Munich, near Lake Starnberg. Unfortunately, it is not a good way to accommodate children. Adults only, so to speak.

2 min to the lake promenade, 3 min to Starnberg train station: from here every 20 minutes S-Bahn and once/h the train, which is in 20 minutes in Munich Hbf. It is a bedroom of about 13 square meters, a cozy small kitchen, with table and chairs and a bathroom with tub, toilet and shower. The bedroom as well as the kitchen have access to the balcony and terrace, overlooking Lake Ammersee. There is also a patio to relax in the adjoining wooded area, which also belongs to the apartment. The car can be parked in the underground garage. A footpath leads to the lake and beach promenade in 10 minutes

Good View Place 1 Icking/Munich

Icking and especially this is a very quiet place with much greeness and good air around hier. Nevertheless this apartment is located 5 min. on foot to a suburban train station S7 for a Train ride to Munich Hbf in 35 min. Moreover via the B11 highway located beside the station allows to drive your car to Innsbruck, Austria about 60 miles away and to the marvellous King marvellous King Lutwig castls and palaces.

The "Waldhäusl"

Our "Waldhäusl" is a new building on a double garage and thus a self-contained cottage with a separate entrance. In June 2024, it was for the most part newly furnished. The bus stop to Andechs and Starnberg is only 100m away. By car, it's 15 minutes to Lake train station and Starnberg lake promenade. By S-Bahn train, you are in 35 minutes at the main train station in Munich.
