Our small vacation home is located in the middle of our horse farm on which we also live ourselves. Here you can live idyllically in nature and still be conveniently located. Quiet walking paths directly from the farm invite you to stroll through nature. The proximity to Augsburg and Munich (each approx. 30 minutes by car) is ideal for city tours. The small cottage has a small kitchen and a bathroom with sauna. A car is an advantage.

Genieße das Leben in dem ruhigen und zentral gelegenen Haus mit viel Holz und Glas, erbaut 1998. Das Haus verfügt über 3 Terrassen und 1 Balkon, die individuell genutzt werden können. Die Einrichtung ist warm und gemütlich, perfekt für einen kreativen Ortswechsel. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig erreichbar. Wir bitten darum keine Partys zu feiern, da es sich um eine ruhige Anlage handelt.
