Monthly Rentals in Stambaugh Township

This house was very nice and Mike has kept it well stocked and clean. Having a washer and dryer was very nice. We had a nice stay in the Iron River area and this house worked out well for us.

Sam was an amazing host! He was responsive, and provided thorough instructions for everything in the house. His home was immaculate, and the lake was absolutely amazing. I would absolutely stay here again, and recommend it to anyone traveling to Iron County, MI.

Being completely honest we did not stay in the home due to my mix up on the dates. (Don't make bookings over your phone! It's too easy to enter the wrong dates). Angel left us tons of great instructions and was proactive from the time of booking. She answered questions almost immediately, and when she found out that we didn't show up she reached out concerned that something had happened to us. It was a simple error, totally on my part. Angel made it right with us and wished us well. During the many messages back and forth I felt that she is someone with great integrity and genuinely cares about her tenants and her business. I hope that I have the opportunity to stay here in the future. Highest regards for Angle who is the best host that I never got to meet.
