This was one of the best AirBnB experiences that we had. It included a well equipped kitchen and instead of a large book of rules and regulations there were helpful tips posted near items that you use like the tv or coffee pot. The beds were comfortable and there was a lot of space to spread out. We had a restful and relaxing trip.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the beach! The location was absolutely perfect and the short walk to the beach made it so easy. The condo was decorated perfectly and our kids loved the games that were there and the pool. We can’t wait to book our next trip!

What a beautiful home and property as described and more than we expected. Darlene was fantastic, pleasant and communicated quickly and was responsive. The home had everything you needed from towels, linens, bath supplies, kitchen ware, spices - it truly felt like home away from home including her attention to detail in decor. The home was convenient to the Village, beach and included a golf cart, which we enjoyed taking to local eateries. We enjoyed the hot tub and was pet friendly, which we always include taking our fur babies to make wonderful family memories. Thank you, Darlene!

Absolutely spacious. We took our kids and grand babies for the weekend and this was the perfect place. The owners were very responsive and friendly. We will most definitely be coming back and won’t even consider another place. Thanks for allowing us to have a perfect size place that was unbelievably peaceful, for us to make some great memories!

Our stay in St. Simons was absolutely perfect, thanks in large part to this uniquely charming cottage. The location couldn’t be better, and the cottage itself was ideal for the two of us and our dog. The heated pool and spa were the icing on the cake—we enjoyed them every single day. The weather was perfect, the island was peaceful yet fun, and some of our best moments were simply relaxing on the porch or in the beautiful backyard. A special shoutout to the hosts, who were incredibly friendly and accommodating. We highly recommend St. Simons as a destination and this cottage as the perfect home away from home. We’ll definitely be back!

We really enjoyed staying here! Beautiful home that we all loved. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The kids really enjoyed the hot tub and game room. The only thing we were bummed about was that the pool was not heated (We assumed it was since it was available all year long) but after looking at the listing again it did not indicate that it was heated. Alvin was a great host and was very friendly and responsive. We would definitely stay here again!

Our stay was fabulous! Fantastic location, just a short walk to the beach and a short drive to great local restaurants. Michaels home had all the essentials for a comfortable stay, and he was super responsive to any questions we had. I highly recommend staying here.

We had the most amazing stay! This place was exactly what we were looking for, and everything matched the description perfectly. The location was fantastic—right near DeMere and Frederica Road, with many great restaurants just steps away or a short drive away. Nights were incredibly peaceful, and we couldn’t have asked for better hosts! This week was all about relaxation, and it exceeded our expectations. We can’t wait to come back! Great spot! Comfortable, well decorated, and less than 15 mins away from anything the island has to offer. We took our fishing kayak and beach gear, and had fun doing both. Host is SUPER responsive and check in and check out were a BREEZE. Would definitely stay again!

We loved staying here! The property is beautiful, and access to the pool/hot tub and the beach was so nice for our family of 5. Parents traveling with a baby in a pack and play, it will fit perfectly in the master closet - fyi 🥰. Loved walking to Barrier Island Brewery and Fiddlers. Our kids took their scooters and both were super kid friendly. We got ice cream almost every night at The Cottage, which has a castle playground. Thank you for everything! Can’t wait to come back to Saint Simons .

We absolutely loved Mike's place. Very clean and had everything we may have needed. Great location! Short, enjoyable walk to the beach. Hosts were quick to reply if we had questions and gave some great dining recommendations, in particular Beachcombers and Del Sur. A great stay and we hope to return!

My family comes to SSI every year, sometimes multiple times a year, and this was our first time staying in this particular community of townhomes....we will definitley stay again! Beautiful area. Townhome was clean, quiet and well appointed! Short drive to everything the island has to offer, and pet friendly, which is so great because we could bring our 2 pups with us. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back! The house is extremely comfortable and well-equipped, and our host was friendly and responsive. we especially enjoyed time by the outdoor fireplace in the evenings and easy access to the village and beaches.

We really loved the privacy and space you get here great for bringing kiddos or pets! Our only complaints : the hot tub was a big reason we booked this place but was 93 degrees our whole 3 day trip would have preferred a hotter temp it was also full of debris from the trees so we weren’t sure if it had been serviced between guests but we did see a maintenance worker while we were there cleaning the hot tub but didn’t look much better after since the trees are constantly shedding into it could probably use a netted cover or something! Other than that it was a very nice place to stay king bed was comfy!

It was wonderful staying at Parrott's Landing! The house is absolutely gorgeous and we felt so welcome! Because this was our honeymoon and we had a toddler with us, Bernice very generously offered us a free upgrade, which we appreciated enormously. Our toddler loved all the toys and the space to run around. She also loves swings, so she was very pleased there was a swing and rocking chairs on the front porch. ;) We also met Richard, one of the owners, who was such a kind and sweet man. Our daughter was very enthousiastic about 'Dandan'. :D Everything was very clean, the washer and dryer came in handy and we had everything we needed in the kitchen and the rest of the spaces available to us. There are lots of sitting areas to choose from in the garden and you can spot deer all around the house. Very idyllic! Highly recommend!

Great setup for our family. The kids played nonstop in the pool and the walk to the beach was super easy. The neighborhood is absolutely lovely. Be sure to rent bikes.
