The complex has a pool, kiddie pool, two hot tubs, courtyard, grills, a tennis court, bike rentals, fitness center, and business center. It is close to the Pier, King and Prince, Lighthouse, and Coast Guard Station. The Perfect Island location for couples and families! Note: These are June and July rates. Y’all we added an all season POOL/SPA! This home is local beach living at its finest and newly renovated, decorated and furnished for comfort. Enjoy all the south end has to offer from our beautiful beach to quaint shops and restaurants. Our home is less than a mile from the public beach access and is an easy walk or bike ride! The outdoor living is awesome here - plenty of room to park a boat and a fully fenced yard.

As a family of 5, having an Airbnb that is spacious and homey for us is important. Brent’s home was just that. We felt right at home, had more than enough room and we absolutely loved the backyard. All the plants, the grill/fireplace and seating area is amazing. The kids enjoyed the jacuzzi tub as a way of relaxing before their bedtimes. My Youngest was in awe over the orange trees and chasing/trying To catch lizards in the yard. We hope to Be able to stay here again when we return to visit Saint Simons Island. Thank you again for a wonderful stay Brent!

This was such a peaceful and relaxing place to stay! If you have kids or pets, I highly recommend it. The only issue we had is the hot tub wouldn’t get over 70 degrees. Not sure if the owner knew, so I did send her a message to inform her. Other than that, we absolutely loved our stay!

I can’t say enough good things about this rental. Our host accommodated everything we needed, communicated clearly and efficiently, and was overall fantastic. We will be back, it was a perfect getaway spot. Thank you again for making my daughter’s graduation party happen!

Diego has done a great job remodeling this home. The home was very welcoming and modern. Centrally located to downtown and the Golden isles. I can highly recommend his home for future stays.
