Walk along the beach through the private beach access and to local favorite restaurants. Beach cart, 2 beach chairs, beach towels, sand toys and cooler are provided during your stay.

Sleeps 8, HDTV in every room with Xfinity service including movie channels. Outdoor pool area is equipped with chaise lounges by the pool and large TV viewable from the pool. The kitchen was renovated from the studs and is fully stocked for cooking and entertaining. All new linens and bedding. Office work area with daybed/trundle for sleeping.

The kitchen has been overhauled and features quartz countertops and farm house sink. ***This listing is for the downstairs unit at this duplex.*** The unit boasts two bedrooms with one king sized bed and the other being a queen with generous sized closets. In between the two bedrooms is a brand new full bathroom as well as a laundry room with a full sized washer and dryer. No pets allowed!

It offers the best in design and accessibility to everything St. Simons has to offer. From shopping to sand, the home is within walking distance of all the shops and dining in the Villages and an easy short walk to the beach. Great for large gatherings, wedding events, and summer fun all year long!
