This unique space includes one bedroom with one bath and an outdoor shower. There is a small dorm fridge, microwave and coffee maker. You will need to bring paper goods for light meals. We will supply coffee mugs and cutlery. Walk out the door and down the path to go to the beach. We are very close. Just go down once you make a right at bottom of our path. We have some masks and fins to use. Also other water toys. Ask if you want to use.

This was my second stay on Cliff and Amanda's boat. The first time was amazing but they managed to made the second time even better. Phil was added to their crew and he was just as friendly and accommodating as Cliff and Amanda. The views were amazing. The boat (SV CATION) was beautiful. The food was great. And Cliff and Phil were great hosts and a lot of fun to hang out with. There is more info on the SV CATION St John site that helps give you a great feel for all the options to explore. If you ever envisioned waking up with family on the water in a beautiful bay on the islands and jumping into the warm ocean water before sitting down for breakfast, you have to spend time with Cliff and Amanda.

Airbnb is situated in an ideal area that is walkable to downtown. Airbnb as described. Host is very helpful and easily accessible. Only caution I would give, if you're not accustom to St.Thomas roosters, this may not be ideal or if you're not able to walk up/down stairs. Like any tropical location, expect bugs. But otherwise I'd recommend.

We'd been to St. John years ago and the rental we used in the past was no longer available. In looking for a place to stay for a visit this year, I was afraid we'd need to pay more than I'd expected. I was thrilled to have found the Seahorse and The Turtle as it was affordable and offered what we needed. We found the location to be perfect, it was on the Coral Bay side of the island but between the North Shore beaches and Coral Bay, making it convenient to the beaches or finding a bite to eat in Coral Bay. We found the cottage to be exactly as the pictures showed. It was clean and neat and included all we needed for our time on the beach, including the noodles that make lounging in the water more enjoyable. The line to hang swimsuits and towels ran the length of the deck and was perfect for hanging our things after the trips to the beach. The fact that the cottage was on a paved road, with the driveway at cottage level made travel and loading and unloading the car a breeze.

First I have to say both Maria and Chloe were fantastic hosts. They went above and beyond for me and my godmother. The cottage was absolutely adorable and perfect for two people. Very clean and homey. We loved it! The surrounding view of St. Thomas by the private pool was absolutely beautiful. You could even see the view from inside the cottage. What a amazing experience. The cottage is hands down my go too when I visit St. Thomas.

Im giving this location a 5 star review however the we did have some problems. This location has unbelievable potential with a great layout and a amazing view. -The house is a 3 family and there is other long term tenants that were never a issue. the road getting to the house is very steep. But if you've been to the island it won't bother you. if you haven't it can be very intimidating. parking was a bit of a problem because the driveway is very narrow forcing us to park against the wall and you can't exit the vehicle onnthe drivers side because the other tenants need to get out with thier vehicles. The inside of the house is nice. We had a problem with a leak in the kitchen every time it rained. it pretty much flooded the kitchen every time. there was no toaster or coffee machine so we donated ours that we purchased. The linen was not washed when we arrived and the stove didn't work. (host fixed the stove) The dryer does not dry. The AC,TV and internet worked great.

Incredible energy, beautifully and thoughtfully decorated, and secluded from the rest of the world. If you’re looking for a beautiful place to escape on a small island, look no further. Grab a golf cart from Rachel’s rentals and enjoy the freedom of exploring water island! Ingrid was a delight in helping us with anything we needed. Everyone that was working/staying on the property was like minded and wonderful. Can’t wait to come back:)

Shenell was a fabulous host. Initially she checked in with us to assure everything was fine. She offered to assist with any of our needs or requests. The views from her place are 10++ seeing all of Charlotte Amalie. We never tired of her deck or views. We did lots of cooking in house and had everything we needed! We ground fresh coffee and blended our own fruit drinks. Challenges during our stay, not at all Shenell’s responsibility, the roads. They are no joke. Roads on St. Thomas are narrow and treacherous. “Kissed by the island” The very first night we arrived our side mirror was hit by another driver. Comments saying you need a 4-wheel drive vehicle is real. GET A JEEP! Mosquitoes and noseeums were bad. We spoke to Shenell about the bug problems & believe she is working on improving her place. She was very concerned and supportive by providing citronella candles and a variety of bug sprays. After speaking to locals, we understand they don’t have the same bug problems.

Joy of Life Villa: Couples Retreat with Best Views

Wow just wow! Joy of Life villa is a pristine hillside hideaway with stunning views of Coral Bay, the East End, and the BVI. We spent a week beach hopping during the day and relaxing at the villa in the evenings (very comfortable bed), where we had everything we could possibly need. We cooked breakfast daily and dinner every evening but one. Coffee on the patio was the best way to start our day, and the nook overlooking the beautiful garden towards Norman Island is absolutely magical. We brought our own snorkeling gear but there was some available, along with beach chairs and coolers. Jason and Shelly were super helpful co-hosts, meeting us at the Coral Bay welcome sign and helping us navigate the way up the hill to the villa. Thank you so much to Karen for the opportunity to enjoy your truly special Joy of Life!

my friend and I came to the island to attend services for a friend who had passed. I couldn't have asked for a more beautiful and peaceful place to stay. Amber was a very kind and helpful host! she definitely takes pride in the spaces she has created. very greatful we rented a car, be very careful pulling out of the driveway the roads are very steep. we enjoyed the communal space alot, we were able to go to the grocery store Moe's down the street and make food at the airbnb which was a nice way to make our trip a little more affordable. the view alone was worth the stay and we will definitely be back!
