Vacation rentals with a hot tub in St. John

This place was AMAZING!!! The views were spectacular. Perfectly suited for a couple wanting to enjoy a romantic getaway on a beautiful island.

Colleen’s place was wonderful!! Staying on the Coral Bay side of the island was a nice change of pace for us. The house was secluded and quiet. The flowers, fruit trees, birds and lizards added to the beauty. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook dinner in a few nights. The hot tub was a wonderful way to relax in the evenings. The beach chairs and cooler were an added bonus. The location was great, we enjoyed getting to the East End beaches easily but also being close to our favorite beach, Maho. It was also nice being so close to the Love City market grocery store. Colleen’s place was the perfect place for our family of 4!! Thank you!!

This home was in a perfect location with lovely, modern and CLEAN amenities for our family of 5. The house was stocked with everything except groceries! But what will make us book with BOOK VI again is how helpful and responsive the staff was to any question that we had. The text thread was super helpful as a means of quick communication. In addition, they helped us book transportation to and from STT to Red Hook Ferry as well as give recommendations for day cruises around STJ. Def want to give a shout out to Kekoa (best cat cruise we have done in the Caribbean)! We would highly consider rebooking at Pond Bay Villa on our next STJ adventure!

This cottage is nestled in the Virgin Islands National Park. It is lush and green and has a wonderful breeze, and it is extremely quiet and peaceful. The view overlooking Francis Bay is unsurmountable. The common area and kitchen are small, but the three rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. The location is perfect, a short drive to Cruz Bay and an even shorter drive to the North Shore beaches. The tennis court is a plus, if you enjoy the sport! You will never see a tennis court with such a view! (or you can ignore it if you are not into tennis :)) Because you are in the forest, keep in mind that there are bugs outside (and sometimes inside), but they take nothing away from the experience (unless you really dislike bugs)! Barbra’s attention was impeccable too, which made us feel welcome and relaxed. We will keep going back to this place as long as it is available on STJ!

The home is lovely. The location is beautiful. It is close to all of the best beaches for snorkeling. I can’t wait to return! The bedrooms all have AC, which made for a wonderful nights sleep. The living-room/kitchen does not have AC. Understandably, this is likely the norm for a small, quiet island whose people want to preserve their resources. The third bedroom is nice and private. It is only accessible by going outside (which is very well lit at night). It is a delightful space, separate from the other living quarters, with a large private bathroom. The home is very clean. A rep from the management property meets you in Cruz Bay and escorts you to the home. The home is well tucked away, and I don’t think I would have found this home if not for the escort. The home is very private with lush vegetation (and iguanas) surrounding you. Every morning, while eating breakfast, we would sit on the deck and play, “How many iguanas can you find?” My family loved this home!

Our stay at Karen's was fantastic! It was very relaxing and the beach is the perfect place to do that! They have two restaurants on site, the Caribbean fish market and sangrias. Sangrias is perfect for the day at the beach and we had two very good meals at the Caribbean fish market. The staff at both places were very friendly and accommodating. Karen's condo is close to Red Hook so we could go out to eat there or pick up some groceries which is a nice option to have. It's also very close to some beautiful public beaches and a short ride to St John on the ferry. The condo itself is very nice and very clean! having our coffee on the balcony each morning was the way to go to start our day! I would definitely recommend staying there for anyone who is interested in a relaxing environment!

We had an amazing stay! The house was well equipped with everything we needed, and the view was even better than the pictures. The spacious bedrooms and ensuite bathrooms gave our family plenty of room to spread out. After long days at the beach and hiking, we loved relaxing in the pool and hot tub. Yes, the road up is a bit rough, but you get used to it quickly—and the peace and quiet away from the busy areas is well worth it. Highly recommend this place!

Having access to the Westin and all of its amenities definitely came in handy while traveling with kids. The Westin ferry is pricey but worth the cost if you want the easiest trip to/from airport to resort. While we did rented a car for on island exploring, it was great having the Westin approved safari taxis onsite for trips into Cruz bay where parking can be hard to find. The condo was well appointed and more than comfortable for our family of 5. We will definitely be making a trip back soon!

Great week at the Westin Villa. Our family of 4 fit just fine in this studio. Nice to be a bit removed from the rest of the resort but an easy walk down the hill to any amenity we would need. We would rebook for sure.

We really enjoyed our week at Casa La Timone! The condo was clean, spacious, and well- stocked with thoughtful extras such as reef- safe sunscreen, travel- sized toiletries, snorkel gear, books, etc. The beds were amazingly comfortable, and having the end condo was an added bonus! We are very familiar with Cowpet Bay and have stayed in many condos, and this was definitely a favorite. Our only complaint (which we had read about, but it was actually a bit more significant than we expected) was the water pressure. It really was impossible to take more than one shower at a time, which was a shame because there were 4 beautiful bathrooms. Plenty of hot water, though! We worked around it and just planned accordingly:). That being said, we hope to be back next year!

The Westin is the premier resort on St. John and Dehdan's unit was comfortable and well-furnished. We enjoyed the lovely balcony, the nice kitchen and the convenience of the washer and dryer. Dehdan was responsive to our requests for local information.

Amazing host. Was a short notice rental. Helped my family thru a difficult time. Great location!

This is a lovely home with fabulous amenities and an even more fabulous view. Very easy to feel at home, lounge on the deck, and enjoy the pool. However, as older people, the location was a little challenging as we couldn't easily walk anyplace. Since we did not rent a car (recommended), we didn't get out as much as we might have liked. Transport is very expensive (hey, it's the islands), but the local driver for the house (Curlson) was absolutely fabulous, on time, courteous, and helpful at all times. Owners were very responsive to our questions and concerns, and were quick to help us resolve a couple of small maintenance issues. The location is lovely, and it's fun to watch the constant procession of boats and ferries coming into and out of the harbor. Very relaxing vacation.
