Apartment vacation rentals in St. John

Was a great place to stay for two people. Felt secluded out on the deck at night with all the plants and trees. The bed is extremely comfy and big. Very nice having ac at night and the full kitchen is great if you feel like cooking your own meal once and awhile. I’ll def be looking to stay here again in the future!

Our family of 4 stayed in Kim's highest unit, guava. The views were amazing, I don't think the pictures do the space justice. The main living area is huge, the balcony was huge, incredible vaulted ceilings. Very nice. Sounds and smells of nature were all around and it was great, yet we were less than 10 mins from downtown and a little bit more to the closest beach. Kim gave us good recommendations throughout our stay and even took is to Trunk and back one day, extremely accommodating. Speaking of accommodating, our stay was over Easter and Kim put on a great Easter egg hunt on the property for the 3 families with 7 kids staying there. By the end of the trip Kim felt more like a friend than a host which is super cool and unique.

Great location in cowpet with a perfect view of the bay. Staci was always super responsive and was a fantastic host. Check in/check out was flexible and very easy to manage. I would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a great, centrally-located space for a trip to St. Thomas. Alot of great beaches within a 15 minute drive and Red Hook is just around the corner.

We called once we arrived and picked us up right away. She was very friendly and told us a lot of useful information. She brought us to the house showed and told us everything we needed to know. She went above and beyond to help us with wify and setting are phones up so we could easily find the house. Leaving she made it simple and time saving. I couldn’t ask for a better experience. Julie and her associates were great with communication. My family thoroughly enjoyed our visit to St. John. We always have a great time on the island and this condo was the perfect way to enhance our vacation.

You've obviously already picked St. John, so I won't talk about the incredible beaches, weather, and food. You're here to decide whether Jack and Julie's place is right for you. Well, it is. The house is fabulous and the views are incredible. Quiet Coral Bay and the sunrises come as advertised. The porch is so peaceful and you'll make friends with the roosters fairly quickly. You need a car on this island and Jack's myriad of Jeeps do not disappoint. So convenient. Both Jack and Julie are thoughtful and helpful and very responsive. The FREE beach gear and snorkel stuff is top notch and it saved us a ton of money. Finally, Julie makes the best food. This alone makes this place worth it. Order several meals (and her Banana Bread) from her. It's 1000% worth it. Overall, this is one of the top places we've ever stayed with either AirBnB or VRBO. Simply wonderful hosts and accommodations. Stop reading reviews and book it now. You won't be sorry. Oh, and say hi to Makai for us!.

Frangiapani was a cute little condo with nice views and everything was as described. The kitchen had everything you need and the place had items you could borrow like chairs and beach towels, snorkeling gear and a beach bag. It was walking distance to town. Some steeper hills so if it’s tough to walk I suggest taxi or car rental. My husband and I had no issues. Lots of wildlife and a friendly outdoor cat we love. I would stay again for sure. Bob was super helpful as well and picked us up and dropped us at ferry. He even took us to store upon arrival.

Great spot in Cruz Bay - we could walk to everything we needed to in town! Place was very spacious and the host was very responsive.

Overall our stay was great! Location is probably the most noteworthy as it’s SUPER easy to walk to the main area of Cruz Bay and great restaurants in the area. David shared tons of helpful info though at times it felt like there was too many communications but better too many than not enough!

Maxine is a great host! Very responsive and cared about us. We loved the location, sitting out with our coffee in the morning watching the boats go. Lovely breeze and views of the islands. Quiet beaches nearby, restaurant and ferry only a few minute drive away. Excellent location for exploring the island. It felt like home, we would absolutely stay again!!! Our only suggestion, which Maxine was quick to respond to, were concerns with bugs in the kitchen. It's a tropical Island, so to be expected, just know that ahead of time. But it was not a big deal for us. We kept the kitchen clean, food sealed/in the fridge, brought the trash out. Other things we appreciated. The kitchen is fully stocked, had everything we needed to cook (paper towels, sponge/soap). There was snorkel gear, beach chairs, towels, a cooler, lots of leftover sunscreens, books to read, shampoo, soap, hair dryer. We didn't need much. Thank you Maxine for your hospitality! We're looking forward to our next stay!

Simply a great place to stay!!! Conveniently located to Cruz Bay restaurants, shops and markets. George and Kathryn were very responsive and check-in was a breeze. Close to town, yet felt like we had privacy. Always felt safe...even when walking to/from town after dark. George gave great local tips on hiking, beaches, and snorkeling. Perfect for family vacation! Two bedrooms and a full kitchen. Everything we needed with some extras. We were able to cook a lot of our meals in the kitchen which was helpful because food on the island can get expensive. Clean and spacious. Location is a little far from the beaches. Would definitely recommend staying on St John versus St Thomas. Perfect stay for five nights!

My husband and I booked Happy Place for a last minute get away for our fourth trip to St. John. It exceeded our expectations in every way! So convenient to town with easy parking, so impeccably clean and adorable, and with every amenity we could need! We loved grilling on the patio and listening to the frogs, watching the hummingbirds, and even saw a rainbow over the water. Henry our concierge was super helpful in coordinating our arrival and getting us checked in and was quick to reply to questions via text. Beach gear is awesome - we are obsessed with the backpack chairs! Happy Place is perfect and we will be back.

This place is gorgeous! Very quiet and private. We met the owners and they were very nice and gave us great recommendations about beaches and places. The property manager was very responsive and also helpful with recommendations. This is truly a piece of a paradise. The owner emailed us before our planned trip to inform us of travel Covid restrictions and thanks to her we were able to get to USVI without any problems. We truly appreciated that as we saw a couple that wasn’t let on the airplane due to lack of Covid test. She also suggested renting a Jeep which I highly recommend if you’re wanting to explore the island. Some beaches are only accessible via off roads and impossible to get in a sedan… The studio has all the basics you need for cooking as well as it provides towels and bedding. Unit has a wall A/C unit for hot nights as well as a fan for breezy, cooler ones. Thank you Thia and Raf for sharing you little piece of paradise with us!

Great condo with ocean view. Everything you need within 8 min taxi or oven walking on the resort. The host and staff at the resort were super nice and pleasant. Thank you again. Till the next trip

Jacqueline was incredibly personable and attentive. She truly went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The space itself was charming, comfortable, and exactly what I was hoping for. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone. The views are exactly as pictured :)

Our family of 5 had a great time staying at Strawberry Grouper! The location was great. The beach and pool were both a very short walk down a few stairs. Our boys enjoyed a mix of spending time at the pool and beach. Both restaurants on the property were delicious. Red Hook is less than a 5 minute drive down the road with more restaurants and easy access to the car ferry which we took over to St John’s one day. We also appreciated the short drive to activities such as scuba diving and kayaking. The condo is clean, quiet, and had everything we needed for the week. The views overlooking the bay were also a great place to sit and enjoy a morning coffee. Chris was responsive and helpful.

Glenn and the property manager Diane were super generous with allowing my family to stay at a last minutes notice. They were super helpful with getting to the property and assisting them when needed. Would highly recommend this place for couples or honeymooners. The view was fantastic and has everything you need to enjoy the paradise of St.John USVI.
