Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in St. Augustine

This was my family and my first Airbnb experience and it was wonderful! Easy instructions and everything we needed was there. I’m so glad we switched from our usual hotel spot to Paul’s home. You can tell a lot of thought and care is placed into their home. Everything was as described, a very clean space, close to the historic district, and easy to get to our favorite beachside spots. Paul was friendly and responsive! He made recommendations for our visit, is open to suggestions, and even prepared a special game addition for my son to enjoy during our stay! We had the pleasure of meeting one next-door neighbor, a friendly older gentleman, who also made us feel like we were right at home. Such a blessed experience, we will most likely be back again! Thank you for everything, Paul!

This home is WONDERFUL! Everything was just as pictured/described. Something very important to me is feeling safe and we absolutely did. Safe neighborhood and safe hosts. Short walk right to the beach, it says 10 minutes but even with the busy street to cross and a toddler in tow it was about 6 mins. I don’t think this part of the beach is ever crowded based on what we saw in a busy season, tons of space, not crowded like other Florida beaches. The home was super clean, had all amenities we needed. Beds were comfy. Lots of room for everything. Loved the backyard seating. About 10 mins from historic downtown. I liked being out of the hustle and bustle of that! Tons of food options downtown and near this house. We also had good luck doordashing too. We also appreciated having real, local hosts instead of a rental company. I know they would have been there if we needed anything but they truly thought of everything! We 100% will be back.

So relaxing In such a beautiful setting. Loved relaxing in the sun by the pool. Able to get fresh eggs every morning from the hens on the property who were always excited to see us. Wouldn’t hesitate to visit again and stay at the property.

Visited St Augustine to celebrate my hubby’s 60th birthday, with a group of our closest friends. The house was just perfect in size/space and felt really homey. The beds were super comfortable. Great location for walking to the historic district. We go to St Augustine a couple of times a year and will definitely be staying again.

This was a PERFECT place to stay for the weekend! We were able to walk or take a quick Uber anywhere we wanted to go. There was so much to see and do and explore. When we wanted to relax the pool, video games (I won!) and especially the rocking chairs in the front porch gave us room to spread out and relax. This is an amazing place and absolutely perfect down to the last detail.

This place was amazing! Perfect location, only 15 minutes of St. George street. The pool was amazing and very refreshing! My dog absolutely loved the backyard. We even got to see a few deer! Very clean and the host is very responsive. My nephew loved the pool table! I would definitely recommend this location!

The place was awesome! Close to the beach and downtown . Right next door to the actual Fountain of Youth, So you can’t get better than that.

I came to St . Augustine for a work convention and brought my family. This was a home away from home. Lots of space, everyone was comfortable! Also we were close to museums and beaches. Host was very responsive and helpful. I would definitely stay again. Thanks again for your hospitality.

Literally just steps to the beach. Great morning and evening views from upper balcony of sunrise and sunset. Had everything we needed for myself, husband, and pup. Water pressure in shower amazing! Make sure to check the book for the WiFi password early in stay for good internet connection. Full size fridge with freezer but no ice maker - not a problem. Bag of ice was there waiting for us and we paid it forward for the next guests. Highly recommend this location.

Our stay was excellent! The home is in a perfect location with wonderful views. The pictures don't do it justice. Would definitely stay here again!

Great place! It was extremely clean, comfortable, and well-decorated. We could walk anywhere in the historic district and it’s only a 10 min drive to Anastasia State Park. The neighborhood was also beautiful, quiet and friendly.

My friends and I all have very busy work schedules and we wanted to have a relaxing get away. We loved every second of our trip and did exactly what we wanted to do which was sun bathing and watching love island. The place was so clean and convenient since we were right in front of the beach. Highly recommend!

My husband and I came for a week to celebrate our anniversary and we couldn’t have been more satisfied with our stay at Villa Mulvey!!! Benoit and Lindsey were very responsive and their place was charming, cozy and super clean! The back yard was perfect for our dogs (they loved it!). The location was close enough to walk to downtown, restaurants and the fort but far enough away to be peaceful! Our next trip to St Augustine will be planned around the availability of this Airbnb!!! Loved it!!

Exceptional unit with incredible views. We would absolutely stay again, and hope to do so. Barbara was quick to respond and was the perfect host. Two dishwashers - what a bonus! There were lots of extra blankets, pillows, and our kids loved their bedroom. The shades kept the rooms so comfortable for sleeping in. Wonderful week with lifelong memories. Thank you, Barbara!

We had a wonderful stay at Michelle's place! The condo was beautifully decorated and very comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring the downtown St. Augustine and nearby beach. We really appreciated the host's quick communication, helpful tips and for the letting us use the beach gear we needed while at the beach.

We very much enjoyed our stay! The condo was amazing. The pools were very clean and peaceful. Our host was very responsive and kind. The walk to the beach wasn’t that bad at all! I loved the security features and felt safe with my daughters. I would recommend this condo to friends, and would stay here again.

This was by far one of the nicest and cleanest Airbnb‘s we have stayed in. Very safe and secure with a code to even get into the building. The beds were comfortable which is a must for me and something I look for in an Airbnb. It was a very easy walk to get to the hub of everything from restaurants to St. George Street. It was extremely quiet at night and nice to go to sleep without partying or traffic going by. The hosts were always responsive and within minutes whenever we sent a question. This one will definitely stay on our list if we return to St Augustine. On a sidenote just to be aware you do have to climb steps to get to the unit something to keep in mind for those with limitations and those with heavy luggage.

Jamie’s place was everything we hope for and more. With the amazing view and direct access to the beach the location was perfect. The area is very peaceful yet walkable and welcoming. The place is spacious and pristine clean. Finally Jamie is an amazing host, very responsive and friendly. I highly recommend Jamie’s place any time and any day.

The place was awesome. Extremely clean and you can tell recently updated. Quiet neighborhood low traffic and not noisy at all. Easy checking and out. I could not ask for anything more. It is a slight walk to down town. But worth it. I have already recommended it to a couple for a trip they are having later this summer.

Very cute clean, used the bikes…came in for a perfect beach ride or community ride. I absolutely would like to go back and recommend a stay.

Jordan’s place was perfect for our trip and we really enjoyed our time there. Convenient to all the things to do in St Augustine. Flexible host and excellent communicator. Would highly recommend
