House vacation rentals in St. Augustine

My husband and I brought our two kids with their friends to the beach and stayed at Derek’s Airbnb. It worked out perfectly for us. It had everything we needed. It was clean, it was a short walk to the beach, and it entertained them after a beach day. Derek was quick to respond to any questions that I had for him. Directions to the Airbnb and how to get in was an easy process. I would definitely come back to Derek’s Airbnb. Thank you for everything!

We had a wonderful stay at this beach house just a block from the ocean! The location is unbeatable—so close to the beach, yet quiet and relaxing. The private pool was a huge hit with our group, and the home offered tons of amenities that made our trip comfortable and fun. The house was spacious and well-equipped, perfect for a family getaway or a group trip. We especially appreciated the little extras that made it feel like home. That said, there were a couple of small misses that are worth noting. The flooring could have been cleaner—it left our feet quite dirty after walking barefoot, which was surprising for such a nice property. Also, we would have appreciated having enough bedding for all the beds, as we had to improvise a bit. Overall, we had a great time and would absolutely return with just a few improvements. The location, pool, and amenities definitely outweigh the minor issues!

The house was perfect for my group of 6 adults. The house perfectly clean. The pool was amazing to hangout at and cool off. Will definitely use again in the future.

Our family enjoyed our stay in Saint Augustine! We had a small hiccup when we arrived with one of the bathroom doors being locked, more than likely a human mistake from house keeping. Danny and Andrea had one of their maintenance staff over within 30 minutes which we greatly appreciated. 7-10 drive to surrounding beaches, 5 minute drive to downtown, with several small resturants within walking distance. Having the small pool was very nice for afternoons after a beach day!

Came for a wedding. The home was exactly as the pics showed and it was pristine inside with all the necessities including beach chairs, umbrellas and towels. Perfect location, walkable quaint little area, lots of great recommendations too. Great space, amazing host, Pauline always responded quickly and went above and beyond to accommodate us. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there, just needed another day or two to enjoy the town. Highly recommend.

We had such an amazing weekend staying at the May St house in Saint Augustine!Damon was an absolutely wonderful host, and would respond quickly to any questions or concerns we had regarding the house. The location is perfect and in a safe part of town, and it’s only about a mile away from downtown Saint Augustine and is a quick drive to Vilano beach. I feel like you get so many amazing amenities at a wonderful price point. We will definitely stay here again!!

This home was perfect for a girls getaway for my bachelorette trip!! We were able to walk to the beach but it was also just a quick 10min drive into downtown St. Augustine. Wagon, beach chairs, towels, etc were provided making beach trips easy. We spent so much time in the pool and back patio space. The house itself was just as pictured and was very clean. Would love to visit again!

Oh man where do I start. The place was impeccable and looked just like the pictures. It was super cute with lots of amenities. I felt like it was a hidden gem.

My wife and I had a wonderful stay! Easy walk to the amphitheater with crossing guards assisting with crossing the highway. Short drive to the beach and also St. Augustine itself. We opted to uber to St. Augustine which was only about 12 dollars instead of dealing with parking and parking fees. Would definitely stay again! Had no problems with the shower as mentioned in other reviews.

Dani and her team were great host. Very responsive and knowledgeable about the area. Would highly recommend using them. Place was exactly as described and extremely clean. And as mentioned above her and her team were great to work with.

Wonderful beach bungalow! Very clean, private, with a relaxing vibe. Walking distance to a beautiful beach & very nice restaurants nearby. It’s our second time here. We really appreciate Nolan being a super host. A gem of an Air bnb experience! We look forward to future stays :)

A coastal gem where peace runs deep, We woke with the sun, the sea, and our pup at our feet. Dolphins danced in morning light, While garden paths brought quiet delight. Nooks for rest, where soft winds roam, Made every corner feel like home. The kitchen—small but bold in its role— Whipped up with ease our Low Country boil. A soulful stay, serene and true— Florida magic, through and through.

The home was just like the pictures! The kitchen was well stocked and there were plenty of paper products, which many rentals lack. Even laundry detergent was provided! The pool was perfect for our stay and very clean. Also, the beds were very comfortable, even more so than any nice hotel we have stayed at. The communication was also very professional and not only would I get a response back quickly, they also checked in with us during our stay. Wonderful place!

We had the best experience at Uncle Reggie’s Beach House! Beautiful home and perfect location close to everything. We really appreciated the bikes and all of the extra touches that made us feel right at home. Our pup loved the beautiful and spacious fenced-in backyard! Russell was for sure one of the most responsive and accommodating host I’ve had. From the moment we got there, and a little chance interaction we had on the second day, he was welcoming, gave amazing restaurant recommendations that only a local would know, and responded within minutes to any inquiry. The home was clean and everything we needed for a quick, 2 day beach getaway. This Airbnb is literally minutes away from Anastasia State Park’s beaches, which was a big selling point for us as well. Don’t hesitate to book here!

This Airbnb was very nice perfect for a two Person getaway. Very respectful people with a respectful home. Everything was in very nice condition and it is super peaceful.

This was our second visit to Fred and Lynn's home and it didn't disappoint. When visiting other home I have always taken my own pots and pans as I always encounter cheap thrift store cookware, but not here. I left my kitchen home this trip and it was great! We love how secluded and private it is. You would never know you are only 5 minutes away from shopping and grocery stores. Especially when the local deer herd visits in the early mornings and late afternoons. We plan on returning next summer! 😊

This was my family and my first Airbnb experience and it was wonderful! Easy instructions and everything we needed was there. I’m so glad we switched from our usual hotel spot to Paul’s home. You can tell a lot of thought and care is placed into their home. Everything was as described, a very clean space, close to the historic district, and easy to get to our favorite beachside spots. Paul was friendly and responsive! He made recommendations for our visit, is open to suggestions, and even prepared a special game addition for my son to enjoy during our stay! We had the pleasure of meeting one next-door neighbor, a friendly older gentleman, who also made us feel like we were right at home. Such a blessed experience, we will most likely be back again! We just returned from a 3 night stay. The home was perfect for the 4 of us! The outside area on the canal was a perfect place to unwind and relax. Loved the close proximity to the beach access and to St Augustine area. Josh was a very proactive host. The area is very quiet, which we loved.

The place was awesome! Close to the beach and downtown . Right next door to the actual Fountain of Youth, So you can’t get better than that.
