Cynthia's place was perfect for my trip. The waterfront and dock offer a great view of the river. The area is a hidden gem of small restaurants and waterfront watering holes. The room is cozy and comfy. Cynthia is very accessible for answering questions. I would highly recommend a stay.

This was the perfect place for my mom and I. The place was spotless, and well stocked with everything you need. Thought we would need to pick up a few essentials like coffee creamer, water, shampoo, and other items that we like to have, but didn’t even need to do that because the apartment was so well stocked. Would definitely recommend! Thank you!

wonderful gem of vilano beach! literally steps away from the beach and about 15 minutes drive to downtown St Augustine. the only con (which was probably our fault for not double checking!) was that though the description does state that it's an open floor plan, we assumed the bedroom area was not included in that, which it is included - totally fine but with a toddler, not having a separate/ closed off space was a challenge. however, the closeness to the beach made up for it :) another nice touch was that the hosts have a few beach items at your disposal (like a sand bucket, beach chairs, beach towels, etc.) - we recommend!

We spend time in the St Augustine area often and this gem was a blessing for us to find! Beautiful, serene, and with easy access to Butler Beach just 1 block away...we felt welcomed and at home the minute we stepped through the gate!

Perfect place for our family. The kids absolutely loved everything with all the toys and a tent ⛺️ to sleep inside. Jeri the host was so helpful and extremely kind. We would absolutely visit back!!

We had a fantastic stay with Donna at the Garden Casita! Everything exceeded expectations. The house, garden and pool are all wonderful. Donna is an excellent host in every way. Our space was perfect for the two of us, and there were so many extras that show how thoughtful and attentive Donna is. We loved our visits with Sophie, Donna's super friendly pup too! It is a short walk to town with just enough distance to be a peaceful and relaxing spot. I would highly recommend to anyone interested in visiting St Augustine! Thank you Donna!

Shiela and Dub were amazing hosts! My husband and I had the best time relaxing after a long day at their peaceful and adorable cottage. Sheila gave us some great tips on places to visit and we loved how clean and well organized everything was. We had a great afternoon nature walk over to Washington Oaks Gardens, which is right next door, and then enjoyed the rest of the evening on the porch listening to the wind in the trees. It was a wonderful place to recharge. Can't wait to come back for a other visit soon!

Nice house perfect for a couple looking to spend a few days away. Beach within a few min walk, house is comfy, and great restaurants close by. Second time staying here and will definitely be back. Enjoyed it!

Vicki’s place was awesome! Quiet neighborhood, close to restaurants, grocery stores, etc. Her place is very clean and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay again.

Shanti was an amazing host and her cabana was so cozy and clean. This place was perfect for our week long vacation: private, peaceful, and within biking distance of so many fun things to do. The outdoor shower was really cool and the space was just a perfect home base at the end of every day! I cannot wait to go back!

Typically I stay at the BlueGreen resort when in town, but it was booked this time. When I found this spot, I was thrilled. It’s easy to access, completely private and there’s a courtyard shared between just a couple properties. I never saw anyone in the courtyard so if you’re wanting to kick back in the sun you’ll have all the space you want. The studio was the perfect size for my wife and I. We were filming a wedding while in town and felt very safe having our equipment there. The neighbors were very kind and there was free parking. Just a couple minutes down the road there’s a Publix, Buccees, Starbucks, Panera, whataburger and many other options. We’ll be saving this location to stay at in the future. Rebecca was very kind and made us feel like valued guests. Thank you Rebecca!

Great location!!! So close and walkable to all of the shops and restaurants. Beautiful shaded tree lined, street with so many adorable historic houses. Felt very safe and right at home. The kitchen is amazing and had everything we needed to cook meals. The beds were super comfy, and we loved sitting on the front porch, having coffee in the morning and cocktails in the evening and enjoying the breeze. This is our second time staying at one of Jason‘s locations and once again we had a great vacation and he was an amazing host!!!

Ivan’s pool house was just perfect for my needs. It’s every bit as cute as the photos portray, the kitchen was equipped with everything I needed to cook all my meals there, and there were lots of thoughtful extras provided. It’s a beautiful and peaceful property and neighborhood — and Ivan’s little dog, Lucy, is a sweetheart. I loved my stay! Thank you, Ivan. 😊

We enjoyed our long weekend in this home! We had brought our puppy with us and he was very acceptive of this, lots of yard to roam to use the bathroom. We did love how quiet the area is and just a walk down the road can see the lake. We were visiting family we rarely see and were very close to them! He was very welcoming of the fact of us getting in late due to work/ 5hr drive. We will plan to stay again!

So happy we chose this little apartment! The location is awesome we barely used our car. We walked pretty much everywhere since the weather was perfect. Tim was very responsive and helpful.

Our state was very well worth it. The cottage upstairs was very clean. I would definitely recommend for a couple awesome view right there on the beach basically

We could not have asked for a lovelier stay at the Guest House! Everything we needed for our stay was provided upon entering and throughout the week. Raquel corresponded several times to make sure our needs were being met and gave great recommendations. Not only do Cristina and Raquel provide wonderful indoor amenities, but also outdoor and beach amenities. We will definitely be back for a longer stay and can't thank Raquel and Cristina for hosting a 5 star place!

Wonderful in every way!! You will be amazed at how perfect your stay is in this little oasis. We were delighted with the charm and attention to detail. We would stay again and recommend this location to anyone considering a get away to St. Augustine. The accommodations can not be beat. We were just as delighted relaxing and reading as we were touring and enjoying the sites.
