Monthly Rentals in St. Augustine

Tom&Daina's Yellow Submarine II, was a great little get away for Babe and I. They were amazing hosts as well as very accommodating! If you're looking for a nice and quiet little get away with all of the amenities close by this is the place for you! The outdoor shower was hands down one of the best parts of the experience as well as feeling like your camping close by the beach!

This place is GREAT for families. My kids and I had such a wonderful stay here! It was close to lots of activities and even walkable to the beach. There was bikes & trailer, beach chairs/toys, beach wagon, & all the things you’d need for a beach day! The place was clean and comfortable. The host was SO NICE and very HELPFUL! She reached out to me before our trip to see if we needed anything additional set up before we arrived. Great experience!

This place was amazing! We needed somewhere to stay for a short period of time and this was perfect! Victoria was very accommodating and responsive to all questions! The space was roomy with everything that we needed to feel comfortable during our stay!

Like most other reviews say, the location is perfect in that you can walk to pretty much everything from restaurants to historical places to museums and other attractions yet it's tucked enough out of the way from the crowds and noise to peacefully recover from all your sightseeing. The place was easy to find, great that you get a dedicated parking spot off the street and check in was simple. Inside was clean, looked like the posted pictures & felt very comfortable with the furnishings and decor. Bed was comfortable, linens clean, good quality towels and kitchenette was well equipped. Only two things to mention - it's a downstairs unit and you will hear the movements of anyone directly upstairs (walking around and toilet flushes) and neither window A/C produced any heat despite both having heat settings. This isn't a problem for the majority of the year in St. Augustine but my visit just happened to have two nights in the upper 40's/low 50's. At least the shower was nice & hot!
