Beachfront vacation rentals in St. Augustine

This was a terrific space! The host was so friendly, responsive, and very communicative about everything regarding our stay. The space was perfect for a relaxing getaway, we enjoyed several days of the beach and the pool. Everything was exactly as advertised, and it made everything incredibly smooth and relaxing for us. The area also has so much to offer in terms of lovely shops, historical tours, and beautiful places to explore and enjoy. This was a wonderful space for our stay, we would absolutely recommend it!

We come here every year for my son’s birthday and we always stay at “the condo”. Barbara takes such good care of us. She left a gift for my 4 year old this year and he absolutely adored it. So thoughtful of her. The sunrise on the patio is to die for and its short drive into St. Augustine. We love it here. 🥰

This place was very nice,close to the beach and restaurants. Ashley was very responsive and directions to get in the place were great. Definitely recommend this place to people!

My wife and I stayed at Kim's condo for our baby moon and we could not have enjoyed it more. Kim was a great host! We cannot wait to come back again. The condo was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. We loved waking up each morning and going down to the beach to watch the sunrise and enjoy our coffee. We ate dinner on the balcony every night. This was probably our most relaxing trip we have ever been on. The condo was close enough to everything in St. Augustine, but far enough away from all the crowds. I would recommend this condo to anyone looking for a trip to St. Augustine. Without a doubt a 5 star experience and condo.

I wanted to stay on a beach that was more secluded and private. We went into St Augustine many days, but I relaxed on the beach daily. Many days, I felt I had the beach to myself. It was amazing! The beach is beautiful, clean, and wide. The sand is white and sometimes pink. You can hear the waves in the condo. This is the closest we have ever been to the beach for a vacation. I was so relaxing. Prompt responses from Luke and Joslyn. My husband left his shirts in the closet and Joslyn offered to send them to use, which was very nice. This was a fantastic experience. We did go May 1-10, which is a good time to go before the crowds. We do recommend to go to St Augustine (downtown) during the week (less busy) and more beach time on the weekends.

Locating Windjammer was easy and directions into condo were great! Once there the accommodations were first rate. Very clean throughout and kitchen was well organized and well stocked. Bathroom towels all seemed new and toiletries, although small, were top notch. Beach equipment couldn't have been better, even lots of suntan lotion! All in all our experience in condo 107 was a superior experience. If we return to St. Augustine we will rebook!

We fell in love with the palm city area. The commanders shellfish camp and rodies place were our favorites. Publics right down the road. Multiple beaches around. Dani is a good property manager. Whole bunch of properties to choose from. Stay was clean. communication was easy and clear. House rules were simple and reasonable. Check out list was not overbearing. Would stay again.

We just got back from spending the long holiday weekend at Butch and Heidi’s place and it was great. The place was tastefully decorated and had everything we needed. The views from the condo drew us to book and boy did they NOT disappoint. The ocean views were stunning and we enjoyed watching the sun rise over the ocean each morning.

my mom and I loved our stay at the shell shack! close walk to the beach and there are lots of places to eat. the condo was very comfy and felt like home, I spent alot of time on the patio! it was a short drive to downtown and attractions. excellent hosts! thank you for our stay!

This is a great place to stay. It’s exactly as described. We are a family of four and there was more than enough space. The amenities were good and there are lots of good places nearby to eat and drink. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend a few days by the beach.

This place was just what we needed. Sitting on the balcony was great. The beach is beautiful and not very crowded.

Beautiful condo with lovely views of the ocean. Complex had great hot tub and pool, tennis courts and easy access to beach. Highly recommend Colony Reef Club for its proximity to historic st. Augustine, gold courses, and restaurants.

I can’t say enough about this place! From the beautiful house with all the needed amenities to the gorgeous private pool and hot tub area. The decor was absolutely beautiful and the beds were so comfortable! The location is quiet and private but still close to all the history and beauty of St. Augustine. Abrina was very helpful in recommending a close beach access which is very easy to get to and walkable or just a 2 minute ride if you prefer. She was very responsive to any questions and made things so smooth! I would definitely stay here again without a second thought!

Everything about Courtney’s place is pure perfection. She’s the best host, and the condo is pure bliss. We will keep coming as it’s our happy place. The condo has the most beautiful decorations, everything you could ever want or need in a kitchen, super comfy beds, and all the beach toys/ chairs. She has everything covered to make your trip unforgettable. Thank you as always!!

We love Low Tide and look forward to our beach trip every year! It's the absolute best pet friendly place to stay, my dogs always have the best time going for walks on the beach and hanging out in the beautiful backyard. Inside is cozy and comfortable too. The best part is being only steps away from the beach, and many great food options also within walking distance. My favorites are Burrito Works, Beachcomber, and Cone Heads for ice cream (and pup cups!) Low Tide has just about everything you could possibly need, and Laurie is always making improvements to her beautiful place. We're always sad when it's time to leave!

Coco’s house was perfect for my bachelor trip. It comfortably accommodated everyone and was exceptionally clean. There were plenty of essentials provided—towels, garbage bags, toilet paper, and laundry detergent—which saved us from having to purchase anything ourselves. The outdoor space was a huge plus. We really enjoyed the pool, and the basketball court was a fun bonus. Coco was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. I highly recommend this home for large groups—it’s an impressive place!

The Lazy Green Turtle was amazing. We stayed there to celebrate my birthday and spend time with family. The house is fully stocked and Colette has thought of EVERYTHING you will need! She has put so much thought into the details of this house and she is a great host - even surprised me with a birthday cake 🎂. I can’t wait to go back. My favorites about this home is: the spaciousness, homey/coziness/comfort, ocean views, the deck for sunrises and star gazing and of course the beach! (Beach is dog friendly) This has been one of my favorite birthdays!

We had a great time and enjoyed the house. The host was very responsive. The views were beautiful. Historic St. Augustine is a quick drive away. There are other restaurants and ice cream places in walking distance. The house had everything we needed to cook and grill. I’m sure we will be going back again soon.

Bernard, Kathy & Gizmo are truly the kindest hosts I've had the pleasure to stay with. The studio is private and everything is exactly as described. Even if you come for the very short walk to the beach, don't leave without at least one walk through the neighborhood. It is peaceful, beautiful, and very safe...and you can watch sunset on the river (after watching sunrise on the beach of course)! I highly recommend staying here...unless of course it's the week I want to come back and then please stay somewhere else so I can have the reservation ;) Thank you Bernard Kathy & Gizmo for being part of my retreat. What a gem! Perfectly positioned one block from the beach, this bungalow is just adorable. Fun decor, comfortable bed, more than enough room for my two teens and I to spread out. Shopping and dining are mere minutes away. The beach is a VERY short walk and beach itself is clean and beautiful. Martie was very accommodating and easy to work with. Five stars all the way! We’d love to come back!

Very nice and clean place, easy and clear communication with the host. The location is quiet and across the street from the beach, which is a plus. Lots of restaurants down the strip along the beach. Need a car ride to get to the downtown area, but it’s not too far.

We are so grateful to Tim and Melody for providing a space where our family could be at home for a long weekend. My partner and I are in the process of creating a blended family, so this time together - and the need for it to be peaceful and joyful - was especially important for our young kids. It was everything we could have hoped for and more. We will be back!
