Nice porch with view of town. Close to Walmart, McD's, gasoline, car wash. Comfortable. Has a couple of portable heaters. This was our third stay. Each time things seem a little better. There were complimentary snacks and beverages which was nice. It is a good place to stay.

Linda’s place was perfect for our family for a 4 day stay in Ava this summer. Everything met online description perfectly and Linda was super nice and easy to communicate with! We have stayed in several Airbnb locations in Ava as we travel there a couple times each year and this home has been our favorite to stay at so far! We will be back!

If you are looking for quiet and secluded , this checks the box. All the comforts of home. Kitchen was well equipped. Water is good, they even have a fire pit with plenty of firewood . The directions they give to the house are spot on. There is plenty of wildlife to see. To describe the experience in one word , QUIET

Loved staying at Lisa’s place! Very caring host! I was in town visiting a family member who was having a hard time, and Lisa’s place cheered us up, especially the chickens! The chickens were the perfect touch for my family☺️
