Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Spring Valley

We had everything we needed. We appreciated having the kitchenette. Parking was easy. The space was just right for two of us and we were able to relax each day after sightseeing. I enjoyed reading one of the books Anna had stocked in the room. Anna was easy to get a hold of and gave us recs for sites and restaurants.

JP and Ana are responsive gracious hosts! Here for work travel and my place is exactly what I need. Close to north park, and quite at night to relax.

Staying at wade’s was amazing. I felt comfortable in the neighborhood and in the retreat as well! Quiet and peaceful, bed was so comfortable I slept like a rock. Would highly recommend staying at Wade’s retreats!

Great Place to Stay if you’re looking for something local to DT Tijuana or the Border area for Medical needs. Space was beautiful but didn’t look like the images so that changed our stay a bit based on what we were expecting. The building amenities were great totally worth it. The parking space was perfect, thank you for that. My mind was at peace knowing my Tesla was safe during my stay. Cleaners came at 11am on the Dot so be sure to be checked out on time. Would definitely stay again.

Had a great stay, location was perfect and within walking range of many restaurants. Only downside was finding parking, had pay for a nearby parking garage but other than that it was fantastic.

This was hands down our favorite Airbnb we have ever stayed at in San Diego. It was spacious and cozy, clean and secure, cool (They have AC :)) and quaint. It had loads of updated kitchen amenities including a sizable refrigerator, which is hard to find when traveling. The apartment kitchen was honestly amazing. The location is walkable to coffee shops and restaurants in La Mesa. We enjoyed Pink Rose Cafe and Farmer’s Table. There is a wrap around porch which we enjoyed during some of our meal times as well as for setting out our beach items in between trips. This place was the best combination of original charm found in the hardwood floors and crystal door knob alongside modern amenities like the amount of outlets thankfully everywhere we looked. And, I cannot forget to share how comfortable the beds were! Next time we travel back to see family in San Diego we will definitely be coming back here again.

Mary’s property was gorgeous! It was indeed as nice as it looks in the photos. The fuse did go out once but we were able to fix it quickly with Mary’s responsiveness. Overall, Mary was very accommodating and responsive throughout the trip!

We had a wonderful stay in San Diego !! We loved the house, and hated to leave! Nick was super responsive and kind!! The house was so cute, quiet and we felt right at home.

It was wonderful. The views from the deck were amazing. Every bed was comfortable. I loved the bowl of gummy’s they had for us 😁. It’s was perfect for our family reunion everyone had privacy and the family room’s furniture was perfect to cozy up by the fire and watch tv. I loved the weather there. I opened up the windows and we had perfect weather so we never had to turn on the air conditioner. Kelly allowed us to put the cover over the pool and it warmed up the pool and the grandkids had a blast. We had multiple generations at home ( 4 generations from 85?to 1 yr old 😁) and everyone was happy. Thank you for the opportunity to enjoy family together.

Host was extremely responsive and check in was easy. The home is lovely, very clean, and we had a great time!

Our stay at Kimberley's place was perfect. The 4 bedroom/3bathrooms accommodated our 7 guests easily. There were even couches in the living room and family room which we could have used if someone wanted a room to themselves. Well equipped kitchen with huge refrigerator and nice BBQ grill outside. Its about a 25 min drive to downtown and beaches. Quiet neighborhood. Loved the place and plan to come back!

This was one of the most amazing experiences we’ve had both my guest and myself. Nice quiet area & easy access to the property & grateful for the parking space Smitty offers!! Living area really spacious & comforting with the bedroom cool & quiet. Smitty made us feel welcomed after a long day traveling around & we appreciate it!!! Thank you again!!

We stayed at Zeina and Mo's place for one week with our East Coast and West Coast children and grands--6 adults and 6 children in all from ages 2-12. We could not have been more pleased. The house was meticulously clean and was spacious enough for all. The kitchen was well stocked with all we needed to prepare meals at home. An added plus was an outdoor grill under a cabana like space with a table for 6 and outdoor counter to provide additional seating. The pool is larger than it appears in the pictures on the web site. The whole outdoor space was clean and welcoming and proved to be a center piece of our stay. There were plentiful and soft towels for bathing and the pool. Zeina and Mo were promptly responsive to any questions or concerns we had. We left with many fond memories of our week together, in large part due to to how comfortable and pleasant we felt about our stay was at Zeina and Mo's house.

It is a great house and we enjoyed a delightful stay at SD. Brittany is helpful and always reply our questions on time. We will come again if possible.

I had a great time staying at Thelma De La Paz’s place! The space was cozy, very clean, and exactly what I needed for a comfortable stay. Thelma was a wonderful host - polite, welcoming, and super responsive to any questions I had. Highly recommend!

The beds were comfortable and the accommodations were clean. We had everything we needed. The location was within walking distance of great restaurants and coffee houses. I would choose to stay there again.

This place was absolutely amazing. Every detail and decoration was perfect, the views were surreal, located ideally in the middle of pacific beach. Able to walk to coffee every morning and enjoy ocean views from the comfort the living room. Host was very responsive and gave detailed instructions. Really couldn’t ask for anything more from an AirBnB!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful Airbnb! The location was stunning, with ocean views and the soothing sound of the waves—it was the perfect place to relax after a day out. There were several great restaurants within walking distance, and we loved being able to grab snacks from the nearby Oxxo, just a short 5-minute walk away. The host was very accommodating, allowing us an early check-in, which we really appreciated. Security at the front was helpful and friendly—they assigned us a parking space and made it easy to find the building. We did experience a couple of minor issues: the shower wasn’t draining properly, and on the third day, the door wouldn't lock. The host responded quickly to our messages, but unfortunately, no one showed up after we waited about an hour. However, the issue was resolved while we were out, so everything was fine when we returned. Despite those small hiccups, we had a lovely time and would definitely consider staying here again. This unit is quite lovely and everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It is a downstairs unit with a parking space. Super cute. Backyard patio is so peaceful and best enjoyed with a croissant, cup of coffee, and a book. BTW, great coffee in walking distance. Location, location, location. Great neighborhood in University Heights. Park and stores nearby. Not the big box ones, but the local owned restaurants and shops. We needed milk for coffee at 8 p.m. So we just walked down to the "liquor store" at the corner. Convenient, safe, and quick. If you want T**get or the mall (Fashion Valley), they are a 10-15 min drive away. They have everything you need for a comfortable stay, towels, soap, laundry, pots/pans, dishes, kcups/keurig, smart TV, etc. There were visitors upstairs that we could hear periodically, but they went to bed at a reasonable hour, so no problem there. Kevin and Tony were pleasant to work with and responded to a question within 5 min.
