This is a dry cabin which means there is no running water, has electricity cable TV, refrigerator, water dispenser that dispenses both hot and cold water, a coffee maker. 1 motion activated, camera outside of the cabin that will notify me of your arrival and departure of the cabin. The camera is looking at the front door and parking area, PETS MUST BE ON THE RESERVATION. My home and 2 other cabins present on property

Cute&Cozy Alpaca&Goat Farm minutes from the city

Welcome to our farm! We invite you to stay at our cute&cozy renovated guesthouse. We have friendly mini goats & fuzzy alpacas that you can view just steps outside the front door. We are located in the beautiful Glenrose Prairie area of the South Hill. Enjoy a coffee or picnic by the animals. We also get visits from deer, bunnies, & lots of birds. Relax at the farm while still being close to shopping, restaurants, great amenities & easy access to I-90, Gonzaga & downtown (15 mins by car).

Mary's Place

Mary's Place is a newly updated non-smoking, no pets property with its own entrance. Suite is attached to home, inside there are several locked doors to main house that gives you complete secure privacy. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need. Bedroom has a king size bed and with walk in closet. The living room can be used as an additional sleep space for guests, queen air mattress and linens included. DT Spokane - 15 min. drive Shopping - 5 min. drive Coeur d'Alene - 30 min.

Come enjoy our beautiful private resort nestled next to our vineyard with breathtaking views of the sunset, sipping a glass of wine while taking a soak in the hot tub, or going full on Norwegian in the outdoor cedar sauna and plunge into the pool. This is an apartment unit on the ground floor of our lake home. Lake access is a 30 second walk away! The unit has it's own entrance and there is no access to the main home from the unit. The unit includes a King and twin bed, kitchen with 2 burner stove and refrigerator and a large double vanity bath with a walk in shower, washer, and dryer. 1 block to 1 of 3 nearby golf courses and seconds to the lake this property is perfect for you and your family!

The apartment has it's own entrance and is closed off from the rest of the house. There are no common areas besides the front yard. The house is located 10 to 15 minutes east of downtown Spokane.

Private, quiet apartment with full kitchen and laundry on acreage. Close access to restaurants, stores, lakes, golf courses and more. Plenty of farm animals to keep you entertained during your stay! Stroll the property at your leisure. The 37 mile Centennial Trail is a stones throw away, and is a great spot for walkers, runners and bikers.
