Welcome to The Crosby Cottage, a piece of history in Spokane Valley! This modern-style cottage sleeps 4 and is long-rumored to have originally been built by Bing Crosby for his parents in 1939. Fully remodeled in 2023 with thoughtful upgrades and decor. Walkable to a city park and bus system, with easy I-90 access to airport, downtown Spokane, CDA, mountains, lakes, and shopping. Beautiful ambiance. Ample private parking. Scent-free bedding, & new washer/dryer. We look forward to hosting you!

Welcome to the family “Barn” located on the back half of our property. This “Barn was relocated from an adjacent property in 1957 which was used as a chicken coop, a horse barn and then remodeled for the first time in the late 60’s to accommodate living quarters for Anne’s brothers. In 2023 this was stripped to the studs; everything is new, the unit in furnished with king size bed, sitting area, kitchenette and full separate bathroom. This is a Non smoking and No Pet Suite/Property.

Travel person special for one guest. Guest Suite attached to side of our residential garage. Vaulted ceilings, clean and in a safe area. Has kitchenette, with small fridge and microwave. Central located to Spokane and CdA Id . Easy access to I90. 3-5 min to restaurants. Near Spokane Valley mall. Lots of amenities, covered parking, next to Centennial trail. Good spot for a quiet nights sleep or working on your PC. Beautiful private outdoor space. Host on sight.

1 bedroom in-law apartment. Bedroom features a newly updated bathroom, king size bed and small futon. The front room has a desk and small kitchenette. The apartment has it's own entrance and is closed off from the rest of the house. There are no common areas besides the front yard. The house is located 10 to 15 minutes east of downtown Spokane.
