We had a wonderful stay at this place! The house is modern, cozy and superbly equipped – just like in the photos. The terrace with a grill and seating was especially great, perfect for relaxing family evenings. The area is quiet and green, ideal for switching off. We felt completely comfortable as a family and enjoyed every minute. Communication with the host went smoothly. Clear recommendation – we will be happy to come back!🥳🥳

We have been to this vacation home a few times and this time in April we treated ourselves to a few nice quiet days in the middle of nature. 😍 As always, the place was perfectly equipped and the house was very clean! We've been there for the second time now because the house is just magical. It is sparkling clean and equipped with all you need. We enjoy the tranquility and the area and above all the good air, here you can fully switch off from everyday life. Hatice is always totally friendly and super straightforward. Her in-laws live next door. Super people who are always available and help right away if you need something. Couldn't be better. Gladly come again!

We booked Lucie's place on the occasion of my wife's 30th birthday - and it was just perfect! Already upon arrival, we immediately felt comfortable: lovingly furnished, sparkling clean and with many small details that make the stay special. Nice and good communication. The house was nice big, very clean and well decorated. We felt very comfortable, especially the children enjoyed it very much thanks to swings, trampoline and plenty of toys.

We stayed here in Bodenmais for about a week and felt very comfortable. Everything was to our complete satisfaction. Arrival, stay and check-out were uncomplicated, very friendly and very pleasant. The ski resort on the Großer Arber is perfect for families. The area offers many excursion options for all ages. We will be happy to come back sometime.

I enjoyed my stay at Daniel's place very much. The apartment was spotless and everything you might need on a short stay was there. There is also plenty room for luggage, clothes and other things. Daniel was quick to respond when I had some questions, and very helpful when I could not find the assigned parking spot right away. Last not least, the apartment is light, airy and quiet, I can definitely recommend it.

This was a wonderful apartment! Check-in was super easy and everything was well prepared in advance. The place is clean, cozy, and exactly like the photos. The fully equipped kitchen made it easy to cook and feel at home. The beds and pillows were very comfortable — we slept great. The view from the windows was absolutely lovely, especially in the mornings! It was such a nice touch to find books and even board games available for guests — it made the atmosphere feel even warmer. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back again.

had a small issue with the shower which I address myself. that aside towels were fresh and clean. shower pressure was superb. bed was comfortable also. views out of this world. thank you Heinz

The apartment is very nice! We felt very comfortable in the apartment and it looks exactly like the pictures. Great praise for this! The location is a bit difficult, the place is deserted! A hotel with its restaurant keeps the place "alive". There is no café, no ice cream parlor... that was a shame. We always had to go to other places for that.

The apartment is large and has everything you need. The associated underground parking space is a highlight, especially on the hotter days. Christian is a great host. We felt very well taken care of at all times with him.

An incredibly friendly man, the apartment was definitely worth the money and huge, the area was very extensive and you can definitely have a good time 👍

We stayed here for the weekend at Caesar's place. The small apartment is cozy and offers everything you needed. The apartment was very clean and well maintained. It is quietly located in a backyard off the streets. On site we were able to park for free and we were also allowed to store our bikes. Check in and out were really easy and Caesar was always easy to contact and quick to respond. Can really recommend the apartment, always happy to come back

This is a lovely apartment and is as beautiful as shown. It's perfect for a couple and within easy reach of everything Passau has to offer. Our hosts Astrid and Bernd were helpful, greeting us on our arrival and there to help if needed. Lovely stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Gerlinde’s beautiful home! The place was impeccably decorated and full of thoughtful touches (many blankets everywhere!) It was very spacious and located very close to the centre of Waldkirchen, only steps away from the bus stop. Gerlinde was very responsive with being in touch when our travel to Waldkirchen was delayed by a few hours. All in all a very wonderful and relaxing stay, highly recommend.

Our stay was very nice. The apartment was clean, nicely furnished and has everything you need. Communication with Petra was great, she helped us with all our questions. The lake can be reached within 5-10 minutes. The surroundings were very quiet and great for switching off. All in all it was a very nice weekend and we would come back :-) Thank you Petra!

Franziska's place came as listed. The kitchen was well equipped and had the essentials. the appartment was quite spacious and well laid out. The neighborhood was quite but still only a 10 minute walk to the center. Franziska was very flexible and responsive to our enquiries. I would highly recommend.

Andreas and Leila were amazing hosts. Always gentle and quick to answer all questions. The house itself very well equipped, especially the kitchen, which has all the tools for house cooking. The bedrooms are quite big and comfortable, even when it's very cold outside! If I were to return to the region, I would certainly try to return to this house. 10/10.
