Small private island located between Angouleme and Cognac, on the path of the bike path "La Flow vélo", in the immediate vicinity of the pretty beach of Le Bain des Dames. House with adjoining garden overlooking the river. Located in the barn adjoining the main Charentaise house located in the city center of Ruelle-sur-Touvre, on a very quiet street, comfortable independent studio, new and carefully decorated. You will enjoy the calm and greenery of a country environment in town. All amenities within walking distance, Angoulême city center 5 minutes' drive, direct access to the ring road, bus nearby. You can also enjoy the pleasant garden and shared (unheated) swimming pool.

Le Cosy

Le Cosy is located in a farmhouse in Marange, a small village of Hiersac, in the countryside, while being close to Angoulême (- 20 min.) and Cognac (25 min.). But also to: - 1h 05 from La Vallee des Singes - 1h20 of the first beaches on the Atlantic coast - 1 hour and 30 minutes from the Zoo de la Palmyre, Futuroscope or Bordeaux - 1h40 from the Aquarium of La Rochelle or the Poitevin marsh We live there in the terraced house at Le Cosy.

F1 completely renovated in December 2017, next to the house , composed of a bedroom, a bathroom ( shower, sink), a toilet, a common area with BZ sofa, kitchen and dining area, fridge, stove... large grounds, swimming pool... near the Charente, hiking, 11th century Romanesque church... For the summer season ( July August) our rental is not suitable for long holiday stays, which is why we will not follow up on requests greater than 4 nights.

Quiet studio, shared pool and secure parking

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. This pretty studio is located between the St Cybard and Les Planes neighborhoods, ideally located a 5-minute drive from downtown Angouleme and 2.7 km from the train station and close to the RN10. Bus access is a 3-minute walk away. The entrance to the studio is independent via a secure electric sliding gate with a Pass. The studio is located in an annex building to our main house.

Country home in the city

Angouleme, 10 minutes from the city center, in a peaceful neighborhood, an 18th century house, surrounded by a one-hectare park. The large building is divided into two: owners David and Corinne's accommodation, and a gite. The 180 m2 cottage is on the ground floor and 1st floor. You have access to the garden, the pool (shared with the owners), you have enough to make a barbecue, with furniture for eating out.

36 m2 outbuilding adjoining a large Charentaise house. Bathroom with private shower, toilet, no kitchen but microwave, refrigerator. Large garden with pool. Private indoor parking (vehicles, bike, motorcycle). Shelter for 2-wheelers. Breakfast included. Meal option: €17.50/pers. Notify the day before. 15 min drive to Angoulême and La Rochefoucault.

Independent 30 m² studio on 4000 m² park by the river (river access and directly from the garden), 130 m² riverside terrace, shared heated pool from June to September (access from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m.). 10 minutes from the city center of Angoulême.
