Au pied de la Charente où des ballades sur les chemins de la coulée verte vous attendent. Pour les curieux-se-s, la maison se situe à 20 mètres du musée de la BD ainsi que du musée du papier. A 7 minutes de la gare ferroviaire. Angoulême est très bien desservie par un réseau de bus très performant . Quartier très calme et paisible d'Angoulême.

House with adjoining garden overlooking the river. Numerous activities on site: swimming pool, kayaks and bicycles, large games room: billiards, table tennis, foosball, darts, board games, toys for children, books, comics... The island is also home to a forest garden which makes it a real oasis for biodiversity!
