Our apartment located in the city center of Angoulême (500 m train station) was renovated and refurbished at the end of 2019. It has many assets to bring all the ease you would need for business trips, family stays or stealthy tours of the capital of comics with friends! Perfectly equipped, it consists of a kitchen open to a lounge/dining area, 2 spacious bedrooms, a bathroom, a separate toilet and a common courtyard, all in a quiet place.

I had a great two-week stay. The apartment is very nice and ultra well located in the heart of the old town. I felt at home, which is not always the case because I am a young retiree who is becoming demanding.😊 When I arrived on a Sunday, there was everything I needed for the entire stay. Thank you very much to Simon and his mom who is adorable, ultra available and attentive. I'll book it very soon for my next stay.

The accommodation is not far from the Paris road which has a lot of traffic, but fortunately you can't hear anything once you're in the street where the accommodation is. The street is quiet and the parking lot is large, I found a space on a Saturday at 8:30 p.m. without any problems. Regarding the accommodation, it is well-equipped and comfortable, apart from the summer heat which is a problem of course, but we have a fan to survive. Small downside however, the square plates are not very compatible with the microwave (impossible to turn). Overall very clean apart from 2 minor oversights by the housekeeper. I stayed there for one night but my stay was very pleasant, it is tastefully decorated and matches the photos well.
