Vacation rentals with lake access in Southern Europe

Fantastic place by the lake. The sun sets directly in front of you! Close to the Corbu wild beach (20 mins by car) and easy driving distance to the other towns and cities along the coast. Recommended.

Nous avons rencontré Claire qui nous a accueilli avec gentillesse et bienveillance. La maison ainsi que le jardin est magnifique, tout est très propre ! Nous avons pu profiter de Gastes et ses alentours à pieds et en vélo ainsi que le lac ! un vrai bonheur.... Je recommande sans hésitation la maison de Claire et Alex

Nous y avons logé en hiver pour fêter le jour de l'an en famille. La grande pièce de jeux était super pour les enfants qui ont peu joué dehors. La maison est bien équipée et la literie est confortable. Nous vons apprécier passer du temps devant le poêle. Se levez le matin avec cette vue, c'est magic! Seul bémol, mais c'est inherent au vieille maison, les planchers sont bruyants et les murs et les sols très fins. On entend tout.

Maison très bien située, dans une zone calme et à deux pas de la plage. La communication avec Clémence a été très fluide. Elle a été très arrangeante en amont de notre arrivée, merci encore!

Un superbe séjour dans une superbe maison. Toutes les bonnes conditions pour passer un agréable moment et se ressourcer au pied des montagnes et au bord du lac (et y piquer une tête tous les jours évidemment). Une hôte bienveillante et disponible pour assurer dans toutes les situations ! Vivement la prochaine halte savoyarde !

We read the previous reviews, saw the photos and chose Stephen’s house. Firstly the accommodation is a really good size. We had 4 adults using 3 b/rooms and there was plenty of space. It was really clean, tidy and we felt really at home. There was everything we needed, plus a supermarket round the corner and bar /restaurant were walking distance. 10/10👍The photos however don’t do justice to the wonderful views! Loved just looking over the lake to the snow capped mountains. Sitting outside was so tranquil. 10/10 because I can’t give 11/10 😁Excellent location for Rigi, Vitznau, Lucerne, Weggis, Stoos, Pilatus, Zug, all worth seeing. Rigi railway / Pilatus cable cars to the summit were our fave’s 10/10 🚠 We’d have stayed longer!🙁Stephen our host was great too. Excellent helpful information sent to us on arrival day. Were lucky enough to see him and got really helpful sightseeing advice. Communications were timely and helpful throughout our stay. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Je suis très contente de mon séjour ici, l’appartement est spacieux, confortable, simple mais il y a tout ce qu’il faut pour cuisiner des choses basiques. La vie est incroyable et le soleil entre dans la pièce le matin, top!

Appartement refait à neuf, très bien équipé et très confortable. Magnifique salle de bains. Rangements à profusion. Situation géniale par rapport au lac: superbe vue du séjour et accès direct à la plage! Rue très passante la journée du côté de l'entrée de l'immeuble (salle de bains et chambre) mais le bruit n'est pas un problème car les fenêtres sont bien isolantes et il n'y a pas de circulation la nuit. Nicholas a été très réactif le premier soir à 23h30 quand nous avons trouvé un véhicule stationné sur notre place réservée. Il nous a trouvé une solution en moins d'un quart d'heure ! Nous avons passé un excellent séjour :-)

Edona’s place is officially my go-to spot whenever I’m in Tirana. I absolutely loved the peaceful atmosphere and the surrounding nature—there’s truly nothing like it in the city. While Tirana can be hectic and loud, this apartment by the lake offers a serene escape while still being within walking distance to essentials. That said, it might not be ideal for everyone. If you’re looking to dive into Tirana’s nightlife, and enjoy the vibe of a very vibrant city, more busy areas close to the center are better for you. As here, likely you need taxis since the house is a bit remote as it is inside the lake area, and there’s a short walk to reach a taxi. Still, the place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Despite not being the most accessible location, I’d definitely choose it again for the tranquility it offers.

Nothing but the best things to say! It was a very secure apartment building with gated entry/exit. The house was beautiful and picturesque, very homey and cozy. We would recommend this place for anyone looking to have a home away from home. We traveled from the US and she already had a hairdryer compatible with the electricity ready to go. Benedetta was wonderful! 15/10 experience.

Tinkara a été très disponible dès notre arrivée, pour que nous soyons bien installés et que nous puissions profiter de notre séjour à Bled. Elle nous a fait quelques recommandations très utiles et est resté disponible et aimable pendant tout notre séjour

Ein sehr schöner Ort, um die Ferien zu verbringen! Herrliches historisches Anwesen, herzlicher Gastgeber mit lieben Hunden, verkehrsmässig gut angebunden und umgeben von traumhafter Wiesen- und Weidelandschaft. Äußerst geschmackvoll eingerichtet und perfekt ausgestattet. Ideal für einen Aufenthalt mit der Familie. merci beaucoup!

joli petit logement très bien agencé. des serviettes de toilette étaient à disposition. tout était très propre. A 5 adultes le seul petit bémol était le fait qu'il n'y a qu'un seul toilette dans la salle de bains.

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und erhielten sogar noch tatkräftige Unterstützung beim Hereintragen des Gepäcks.Francesco war stets erreichbar und gab uns super Tipps.Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in dieser top sauberen, wunderschönen Wohnung mit eigem Seezugang und wunderschöner Aussicht.Die Küche war super ausgestattet und hatte alles was man brauchte.Unsere Kinder (8&5 Jahre) liebten den kleinen Spielplatz vor der Wohnung und den jederzeit freien Zugang zum See.Vielen Dank Francesco für die tolle Zeit in deiner Wohnung,wir würden es jedem unbedingt empfehlen und werden nächstes Jahr bestimmt wiederkommen!

Nous avons été très bien accueilli par le père de Ivan, le logement était propre, bien décoré et chaleureux. Magnifique vue sur la montagne et le lac. Nous avons pu faire une cheminée, nuit au calme. Sentier de randonnée à proximité. Logement adapté pour un couple. Nous recommandons ce logement.

Empfang war entsprechend der Kommunikation prima, Einweisung perfekt, Einrichtung- alles verfügbar, wasd man sich in einem Ferienhaus vorstellen kann, Lage hervorragend geeignet für Wanderungen und Touren zum Ledrosee, Gardasee und den umliegenden Seen. Unkomplizierte Abreise. Feedback auf die Gastfamilie unveruüglich nach der Abfahrt durchweg positiv. Wir kommen definitiv wieder.

This is a sweet cottage on a large lot with private access to the lake. It has kayaks, stand-up paddle boards and bikes. It was great to sit on the lake’s edge and just chill. Small but functional kitchen and great coffee! There is a pellet fireplace that we used one cool evening which is very nice. Bruno and Fabiola couldn’t be nicer. Bruno met us on arrival, introduced us to the place, and was always available for questions. Lago Orta is a beautiful lake and a great location that is off the usual tourist circuit. We enjoyed our time there very much.
