You won't even thought that there's an Airbnb like this in the Metro, near the mall, very accessible. The caretakers were kind and accommodating, always ready to answer your inquiries and requests. Nate is very responsive, you can expect him to answer your queries right away. I like their kitchen, they have provided everything you need from plates to utensils. They also provided mineral water and the use of the gas stove is for free. Excellent experience, worth recommending. We enjoyed their amenities, billiards, darts, air hockey, and also the Videoke. The rooms were also nice, hope you will have rooms at the ground floor for Seniors who can no longer go upstairs. Overall rating excellent. 👍

Location is perfect as it’s just behind SM North. Joemar was very responsive and we didn’t have to ask for anything because he already provided all the information we need during our stay.

Di ka rin mahihirapan maghanap ng food kasi may grocery and convenience store paglabas ng lobby. I would recommend this place lalo na if need nyo ng place na maoagstay-an if may event sa big dome and new frontier theater.

5 stars – Wonderful Stay! We had a fantastic experience at this unit. The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The check-in process was smooth, and the host was responsive and helpful throughout. The location was perfect—close to local attractions, restaurants, and public transportation. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches like extra towels, a fully stocked kitchen, and fast Wi-Fi. Overall, it was a great value for the price. I had a great stay at this Airbnb! The place was very clean, well-organized, and exactly as described in the listing. I especially appreciated the beautiful views and the overall sense of safety in the area—it felt like a peaceful and secure place to unwind. The only downside was that finding the location was a bit confusing, even with the provided instructions. It took some extra time to figure out how to get inside, which was a little frustrating after a long journey. Once I got settled, though, everything else was smooth and enjoyable. Would definitely recommend, especially if you're comfortable navigating a bit on arrival. Great spot overall!

The place is recommended to everyone who needs peaceful staycation and quiet place to ponder. We booked his place because it is near in Phil Arena because we will watch the SB19 concert, so far, we never experienced hassle and traffic from coming and back at his place. Alan has his own parking so you will never get stressed where to park your car. Furbabies are welcome in his unit but make sure to diapers your furbabies to avoid messing the place. I hope next time there will be trashcan in the kitchen separated with the bathroom. Also, there is no microwave in his unit but there is a rangehood and induction cooker to heat or cook your own food, overall, the place is good and we will book again longer next time. Thank you for hosting us.

I was impressed by our stay. The place is very strategic. It is just within the convenience of a mall, coffee shops, public tranpo and several good restaurants in Timog area. The host is prompt and responsive.

The place is very convenient and accessible. You can bring your car or commute. There are nearby convenience store and restaurants. It is very spacious as well, considering that we are 8 pax. Our family also enjoyed the Karaoke and Netflix.

Bigger than what we expected. Complete amenities. My only concern was the aircon is not that cold. Buti na lang at may electric fan. Even refunded the cleaning fee since we extended. Room is neat and clean. Cozy but not costly. Minimalist but have complete appliances and cutleries. Sir Rogelio and Kuya Mike are great host. What great place to stay!

The place is exactly as described and showed in the photos. Instructions were very clear for check-in and the hosts were proactive enough to do the necessary steps to ensure a smooth check-in. The building also has a great security. Shops and restaurants are just below the building so you’ll find everything you need. Transportation is also adequate. You can take public transport, hail a taxi just outside or book Grab and have yourself picked up just outside the lobby. Overall a great experience.

Affordable price. Feel at home ka talaga. No hassle on checking in and checking out. Very responsive din ang host/Weng for any queries. Highly recommended ang place since complete package na sya, maraming pwedeng gawin kahit inside the room kasi meron syang mga board games ang pool/billard table.
