Wayne's home is fabulous. Tucked behind the Arkipelago Diving Centre, it's surrounded by greenery and beautiful Bali-style A-frame houses. No traffic, just greenery and bird song a step back from the beach. Easy walk from Sabang - a bustling neighbourhood in itself with good food. All the staff at Arkipelago were very friendly and helpful - we ate our breakfast there, as well as a few other meals, sitting on the open deck looking out at the sea and hearing the waves. It's a bustling place with passionate divers, and we learned from Amy about the marine conservation underway in the area, which they support. Amy is amazing - so helpful with transportation and local info, and incredibly kind and accommodating. She helps run the Airbnb, and we appreciated the efforts she, Wayne and Arkipelago have made in support of the environment - refillable water containers, large refillable shampoo containers, etc. Wayne was also very helpful from afar - we loved our stay. Thank you!

The owner was very accommodating. The room was spacious, clean, and the place felt safe. You’re allowed to cook and have guests over. Whenever you need something, the owner is easy to talk to and genuinely helpful. The house is fully equipped with everything you need. It’s also close to tourist spots and the beach. That’s why I highly recommend this place—I really enjoyed my 12-day vacation here. I’m definitely looking forward to staying here again on my next trip to Catanduanes. Thank you! 🙏

We had an amazing 3 days at Lizzeth’s place. The design of the house itself is so beautiful, the areas were spotless, and the amenities were sufficient. We celebrated my cousin’s 35th birthday there and we felt right at home, and the staff were helpful to us all throughout. We even made a small side trip to the Angono-Binangonan Petroglyphs to view the first human art recorded in the Philippines! Would definitely recommend Casa Asraya for anyone looking for a clean, spacious, cozy place to spend quality time with friends and family.

Tiny Alfred is such a gem in Davao! Perfect spot if you're looking for a quick escape without actually leaving the city. We booked it for an anniversary and it honestly felt like our own little hideaway. Cozy, peaceful, and just the right size for an intimate celebration or even a solo recharge. It has all the basics you need, and the outdoor bathtub? Definitely the highlight. Super relaxing—especially at night. You get that “away from it all” vibe while still being close to everything. Highly recommend if you want a chill, quiet stay that feels special but lowkey. Would book again in a heartbeat!

Always a great experience staying at one of Byron's listings. The house is well thought-of and stuff are of quality, including kitchenwares. The place is relaxing and the caretakers are helpful. Thank you and we look forward to more stays!

We were a group of 12 on a Holy Week break - 3 families with teens and young kids- and rented Balai LaHi as well as the Sunrise Room. This place overdelivers in spades!! When we weren’t enjoying the beach out front, we lazily lounged around the house. There were many different areas to chitchat, reconnect, play board games; and equally many quiet corners to read a book, crochet and take naps. The hosts, Cholo and Tor, were amazing - they helped us arrange services for a cook and kitchen helper; provided us with great directions and restaurants to try, shared Lenten schedules and personal tips to enjoy the festivities. But beyond helping with logistics, they were always warm and welcoming and made us feel like long-time friends instead of transient guests. All in all, it was a wonderful stay - we came for the Moriones of Marinduque, but we will return for Balai LaHi. It was the easily the highlight of our trip!

I had a great few nights at Isabella's. it was amazing to be right on the beach with amazing views out over the water and distant islands. the boat tours left from just out front. easy access from the beach to any number of amazing restaurants. access to town was easy with a leisurely stroll or a quick trip on very convenient trike. the outdoor area was amazing for the relaxing time that I sought. I would highly recommend

Place was clean and easy to find. The staff were also very helpful esp the guard on duty when I arrived. Location is also very convenient and walkable to most places you would need to go to.

Fourth time at Gloria's place. Pretty much says it all. Great little studio with easy access to Dumagette city. Will be back again.

We truly felt at home during our stay. Kuya Ronald was always warm and accommodating, greeting us with a smile whenever we needed anything. The WiFi was a bit spotty at times while I worked, but overall, I was still able to do my tasks without any issues. The place was well-equipped with appliances, so we were able to cook some of our meals, which made the experience even more homey.

The tall windows with the incredible view was amazing. We had a wonderful time.

Me and my friends had a great time. Approachable host and kind enough lend us his housekeeper when we asked for a housekeeper to help us tidy up the place he is willing to send us one to help. We’ll probably go back soon. 🥰

Very close to airport. Very clean and beautiful apartment. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful place with good amenities. Right on a small beach with a diving school. A nice bar is also on the premises. There is a generator so there are no power outages. However, the Internet occasionally fails, but this is a problem that affects the whole island.

This is a recommended place to stay for those who want to enjoy a private and quiet resort for adults. Everything was as described. There were detailed and accurate instructions on how to get there from the airport and how to check in. There were plenty of towels and a gift of snacks in the room. The clean kitchen was spacious and well-equipped. The bed was also very comfortable. The resort staff were all friendly, and the area was very calm and quiet. The resort building is quite far from the entrance, so you need a taxi to get out. You can purchase a one-day pass at the resort for $1,800, but the maximum you can use for meals is $1,100, and breakfast was $1,000. There are not many fish on the compact private beach. If you want to enjoy the beach, I recommend joined an island hopping tour.

Good place, pretty much exactly what’s advertised. Keep in mind that if you have guests, they have to trade in their IDs for a visitor card. That was pretty annoying but more of a building policy than anything else. Great views, great HVAC system, very nice and accommodating host. Would book again

I was a bit disappointed with the slow check-in process at Pico de Loro’s lobby. It took about an hour just to register. The delay seemed to be due to the large number of guests, and it appeared that those whose hosts were present were being prioritized, regardless of the existing line. That said, Marlon’s place was great overall. The unit was modern, clean, cozy, and had a very homey feel. The lighting was perfect for a good night’s sleep. The only downside was that the shower had very low water pressure. Still, the place was very affordable for the kind of accommodation provided. Highly recommended!

Amazing place, great location , close to beach and restaurants. There was a lot of building work going on next to the building which made sleeping at night not so good but it could not be helped I suppose, Karl was a lovely host and made us feel very welcomed. Our family enjoyed our stay at this amazing home and will definitely stay there again when we visit again x
