I really love how Miss Pam and Co-host prepared the place for us. I had no problem with my stay. However, the check-in time is a bit later than usual and it was hard for us since we are not familiar with the place and i had a senior citizen with me. Nonetheless, i had a great time staying in their place, very accessible to convenience stores, tourists spot, foods chains and mall

You won't even thought that there's an Airbnb like this in the Metro, near the mall, very accessible. The caretakers were kind and accommodating, always ready to answer your inquiries and requests. Nate is very responsive, you can expect him to answer your queries right away. I like their kitchen, they have provided everything you need from plates to utensils. They also provided mineral water and the use of the gas stove is for free. Excellent experience, worth recommending. We enjoyed their amenities, billiards, darts, air hockey, and also the Videoke. The rooms were also nice, hope you will have rooms at the ground floor for Seniors who can no longer go upstairs. Overall rating excellent. 👍

Location is perfect as it’s just behind SM North. Joemar was very responsive and we didn’t have to ask for anything because he already provided all the information we need during our stay.

Di ka rin mahihirapan maghanap ng food kasi may grocery and convenience store paglabas ng lobby. I would recommend this place lalo na if need nyo ng place na maoagstay-an if may event sa big dome and new frontier theater.

5 stars – Wonderful Stay! We had a fantastic experience at this unit. The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The check-in process was smooth, and the host was responsive and helpful throughout. The location was perfect—close to local attractions, restaurants, and public transportation. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches like extra towels, a fully stocked kitchen, and fast Wi-Fi. Overall, it was a great value for the price. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

We had a great stay at this Airbnb in QC. The place was very affordable, but it didn’t compromise on cleanliness or comfort. The bed was cozy, and the space felt well-maintained and welcoming. It had everything I needed for a short, hassle-free stay. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a budget-friendly yet relaxing option in the area.

The place is recommended to everyone who needs peaceful staycation and quiet place to ponder. We booked his place because it is near in Phil Arena because we will watch the SB19 concert, so far, we never experienced hassle and traffic from coming and back at his place. Alan has his own parking so you will never get stressed where to park your car. Furbabies are welcome in his unit but make sure to diapers your furbabies to avoid messing the place. I hope next time there will be trashcan in the kitchen separated with the bathroom. Also, there is no microwave in his unit but there is a rangehood and induction cooker to heat or cook your own food, overall, the place is good and we will book again longer next time. The unit is so aesthetically pleasing to the eyes as well as very comfortable. We love the bay view and we were really surprised by how close it is to a lot of tourist spots! I would love to bring my family next time!

I was impressed by our stay. The place is very strategic. It is just within the convenience of a mall, coffee shops, public tranpo and several good restaurants in Timog area. The host is prompt and responsive.

Located in the heart of the city, this place was perfect for our weekend getaway. The private pool was absolutely amazing and the house was spotless. Jin was very helpful and quick to respond to all of our questions. We will definitely be back!
