The place is super accessible, we did not have any issues finding its location at all. What you see is what you get. Photos in the listing were pretty accurate and also with the amenities provided. We booked the place because it’s pet friendly and from our experience its really pet friendly. Pet’s are allowed in all of the areas, but please do your due diligence as responsible pet owners and pickup after your pet’s mess. 🙂 We were not able to use the bonfire and the outdoor projector because of the rain and unfortunately, their internet provider was down during our stay (no worries though, as mobile data signal was strong) and we even had an incident were the water stopped working the next day but I’m glad to report that Jean and the care takers were super helpful and responsive in both of those incidents and they are prepared with their backup plans incase their utility service is down. Overall we had a great time at Jean’s listing, it was a short and sweet escape. We’ll be back. ☺️

Our stay here was absolutely beautiful! We were a group of 12, and the place was just right for all of us — spacious, comfortable, and well-designed. The property feels like you’re transported to another country with its unique and charming interior. We especially loved the peaceful atmosphere around the pool, and how spotlessly clean the house was. The location is also very convenient — not too far from the city center, making it easy to explore. As expected in a tropical setting, there were some mosquitoes, but the thoughtful Ate Cecille had already prepared mosquito repellents and in advance, which we really appreciated. Overall, a relaxing and memorable getaway with an incredibly kind and helpful caretaker. Highly recommended!

We are a team from a bank and we booked Nikki’s place for an overnight stay on May 10-11. Nikki is a very accommodating host. Her place looked exactly how it is in the pictures. Clear rules were given regarding the accommodation, and her staff were really polite and helpful. We were also allowed use of her soundproof entertainment room in the basement which we really enjoyed. You get value for money here. Her home is a masterpiece and so aesthetically perfect!

This place is truly a paradise, a gem, and very beautiful and peaceful. The amenities, garden, kitchen, pool, and room are all very beautiful. If you want to relax and be surrounded by greenery, this place is perfect. Seriously, your mind and heart can truly relax here. Thank you so much to the owner, the host, and the caretaker. We really had a great time.

Stay reminded us why Airbnb could be a better option than a hotel. Ivy's place felt like a private luxury place that could be maximized if we had stayed longer. The swimming pool was great fun, and the pool table allowed us to try out billiards without any pressure. if we were to nit pick, the number of light switches was too much and hardest to figure out ;). We’ll likely come back if the opportunity arises. Ivy and family were great hosts. Thank you very much for sharing such as wonderful place.

Love the place and will definitely go back again! They can accommodate more than 2 pax and they make my 3rd guest free. Love the private transpo from my place in makati to bud taal banwa. Khy is such a helpful driver. He toured us around and takes us to where we want to go. Hiraya Starbucks and Crosswinds. Also took us where we can buy fruits pasalubong. Kudos to the host too for allowing us to use the vehicle to go around places we want. Khy also recommended a good buco pie. We loved it. The place is as pictured. Got a problem with the pool but we were able to still use it. The lights at night were the highlights! It was raining too when we arrived. It’s cold but i think it was worth it. It’s my kind of weather. Not too sunny and hot. Suggestion though, i hope they have basic condiments like toyo, suka, and oil. Also grab food is easy to order but better to bring your own foods too. Overall, recommended place to stay and relax. I will come back.

Paul's space is very fit for family, small gathering of 14 or less... the sorroundings are well maintained and adds to attractiveness of the place. Amenities are all well thought and needed equipments are all available. We book just few hours of our trip but they manage to prepare in outstanding manner... as there is on going maintenance work in the road leading to the place, Paul patiently guide us till we reach the place. kuya Arman and ate Babi, the caretakers are all very helpful towards our stay... Over-all we are extra satisfied with this place.
