Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in South Valley

Roxanne was more than accommodating. My family and I found ourselves having to stay in Albuquerque for over a month due to an unexpected tragedy. Roxanne’s place was perfect for us. The location very convenient and she went above and beyond. I would highly recommend!

We have stayed here a couple times now and its one of my favorite Airbnbs I’ve stayed in. Love the house, the neighborhood and the town. Clean, comfortable and quiet. The hosts are always super friendly and responsive as well.

Shannon was a wonderful host. We stayed there for a little over 2 months and felt right at home. Any time we needed something Shannon was very responsive and helped us with all of our needs. All kitchen amenities and bathroom supplies were provided. The property was cleaned and quiet with friendly neighbors. The house is close to a park where we loved walking laps at. Thanks Shannon for a great stay!

John's house was nice & relaxing. We enjoyed playing ping pong, watching the hot air balloons each morning & taking walks around the neighborhood. Thanks for sharing your home!

Absolutely loved Viviana’s place — highly recommend. There was a cozy and homey feel throughout the entire home and it was so clean ✨ The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed and she provided plenty of extra necessities in all the bathrooms. The backyard space is perfect; though neighbors are close by it’s a little private oasis back there! Hot tub was clean and easy to use. Check in and out were a breeze and Viviana was so kind and responsive. Will absolutely book with her again next time we’re back in NM.

Laura was extremely friendly, making sure we were comfortable and showing us every corner of her beautiful home. The backyard is a dream. Everything is clean and tidy, and you truly feel at home. She left us brochures showing us interesting spots in the city. The area is super quiet and safe, near food places. We'll definitely be back.

My husband said "I like this house" more times than I can count! The furnishings & decor were perfect- just what's needed functionally & aesthetically with still plenty of space. Beds & couches were very comfortable! Hot tub has great views of Sandia Mountains, or the living room TV, or the sky full of stars. Treadmill is heavy duty yet very quiet! Backyard is so cute with perfectly placed swing & adirondacks with a firepit. Master balcony was perfect for sunrise coffee or sunset wine. A few things here & there need minor maintenance (vertical blinds, towel rack, TP holder) but considering how nice everything else was, those didn't bother us. We'd definitely stay again!

This was a very nice little two bedroom. They paid a lot of attention to small details which was very noticeable from the mirror on the wall to help show where you could plug in chargers on the back of the desk to plenty of different types of coffee and teas. The kitchen Was stocked a lot better than many other airbnbs I've been to. It had a really nice front porch area with seating and a grill. there's places to put our suitcase and our clothes and they had really put a lot of time thought and effort into making this a sweet spot for a short vacation. I definitely look for this place for the next time I'm visiting Albuquerque!

we had 2 nights at Billys place and it was great Everything you needed and more! Hot tub, games area was a nice touch! Very clean and loads of equipment as well, would stay again if I ever returned to New Mexico!

Myra's place was perfect! It's in a quiet neighborhood and is just a 20 minute walk to the shops of Nob Hill. The space is beautiful and bright and perfect for a solo or couple's getaway.

This was my second stay at Jimmy’s, and I had another great experience. The apartment is very close to the University, and the full kitchen and the laundry room are great amenities.

Courtney was a very friendly and responsive host and she did everything she could to make our stay as pleasent as possible. The kitchen had more than average spices and dishes which would be great for a longer stay. There's a little back yard between the buildings that had shade, a little Cafe table and even a grill. It was good for our little dog to relieve himself too. The top bunk bed is a little rickety so probably only good for kids not teens. The space is super cute and unique. You can tell Courtney put her heart into designing the space. We had a hot couple days on the shoulder season, before the swamp cooler was up and running (still freeze danger) and it was necessary to have fans to sleep comfortably. Thankfully Courtney was on it and even bought another one for the apartment while we were there. Thanks for being a great host, Courtney!

I will book again and again! Everything I needed for a longer stay. Thomas offers help checking in and available at a moments notice if needed. But did not need anything. This place is homey, easily accessible to university, restaurants and shops. Quiet neighborhood that felt ( and is ) safe. Thank you !

We had a wonderful stay. The hosts are great, respond very quickly, and gave us a quick tour on arrival which was very helpful. The unit was spotless and had every amenity and more! I was very impressed with all the positive reviews which is why we booked here, and now absolutely can recommend this unit and hosts without reservation. We would love to stay again if we are back in the area. Thank you!

The Blue Door is a perfect spot for couples. Great location, private parking, cold AC, a really cute private yard, comfy bed, and Henry is an awesome host.

A great place to stay, it’s small but if you’re by yourself or someone else it’s an amazing place to stay for the price. She’s an excellent host definitely recommend!

Great townhouse in downtown Albuquerque. Very clean and comfortable. Near all kinds of shops and restaurants and easy access to UNM and other points in the city, but peaceful and quiet. Jeanne is an excellent host.

Had a great stay at Douglas’s. Walkable to many restaurants and grocery stores and close to the university. We had everything we needed and the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Would highly recommend. Douglas was an excellent host.

Perfect place. I would've love to have stayed longer. I felt at home as soon as I walked in.
