Apartment vacation rentals in South Valley

We had an excellent 4 night stay in Erin's place. It's only about a mile from old town, which was really handy. The fenced backyard was very handy for our puppy. The apt was clean and comfortable and was well apportioned with coffees, paper products, and cleaning supplies. Newer washer and dryer. Everything worked as it should!

the place was as described and Chonour was a friendly responsive person. I felt safe there and I had a good rest. walking distance from restaurants, coffee shops and bus stops. a good area to stay in Albuquerque.

The place was clean and spacious. It is located in a quiet area and close to Old Town, which is very convenient.

This place was a gem. We booked a last minute trip for a peaceful weekend and this place was exactly what we needed. Clean and serene! And the beds were amazing!

It was an absolute pleasure staying at this Airbnb! The space was impeccably clean and so nicely decorated – it really felt like a home away from home. I was so pleasantly surprised by the thoughtful touches, like having a variety of toiletries and even a well-stocked spice rack available. It definitely made settling in and cooking so much easier. On top of all that, the host was incredibly communicative and friendly, making the whole experience seamless and enjoyable. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-cared-for place to stay!

I will book again and again! Everything I needed for a longer stay. Thomas offers help checking in and available at a moments notice if needed. But did not need anything. This place is homey, easily accessible to university, restaurants and shops. Quiet neighborhood that felt ( and is ) safe. Thank you !

Dan provides an excellent Airbnb experience—he’s friendly, proactive, and kind. I had the pleasure of meeting him in person during my session downstairs at Lumen, where he made the entire experience both educational and relaxing. I’ll definitely be returning. Our dogs are family and to be able to find a place that allows them is priceless. Very cute, comfortable and homey. Would definitely stay here again!

While everyone else was price gouging during the International Balloon Fiesta, Cliff rented out a beautiful place at a good price. He was communicative, available, and helpful. Beautiful property at a beautiful location.

We enjoyed our stay at Jim's place. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils as well as a few spices, etc. We were a bit surprised to find dirty dishes in the dishwasher but otherwise everything was great! Would stay here again.

I am a traveling healthcare professional and stayed in this apartment for 4 months. This unit was perfect - I felt right at home throughout my stay. It looks just like the photos and has a good amount of natural light to brighten up the living room and bedrooms. The kitchen was fully outfitted with everything you need. The shower water pressure was excellent. The unit has a huge back yard. The hosts were amazing and super responsive to any of my needs. There is a reserved parking spot for the unit as well. Overall, I would highly recommend the apartment.

We had a wonderful stay at this charming one-bedroom, one-bath Airbnb! The place was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, making it a very comfortable retreat. The bed was incredibly soft, ensuring a great night’s sleep. I also felt very safe in the area, which was a huge plus. The host was attentive and made sure everything was in place for a seamless experience. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a cozy and peaceful stay!

We have stayed at Martha’s place three times. Martha is an amazing host and the townhouse is very clean and well stocked. We’ve meet a few of the neighbors and they’ve all been very nice to us. We met her husband as well and he was very kind. Martha is extremely communicative and flexible. It’s easy to park in front and we’ve never had a problem parking on the street. It seems like every time we stay it is cleaner and updated with household goods. It’s very conveniently located and feels safe enough. Unfortunately the entire City is gotten more dangerous so it’s becoming harder to find a completely safe neighborhood. We would be happy to stay there again.

Anika was such a kind host who was always available and prompt in communication! She is accommodating in every way! I thoroughly enjoyed my stay while on a travel nurse assignment in Albuquerque! It took no time at all to get where I needed as highway access was right down the road without all the noise from traffic! Her place was quiet and serene, tucked in a mountainous area (so ideal for the outdoor lover) with trailheads within walking distance. Bonus, Tunnel Canyon is not far away and great for mountain biking! I would highly recommend booking your next stay with Anika while in Albuquerque! Nothing but good things to say! we had 2 nights at Billys place and it was great Everything you needed and more! Hot tub, games area was a nice touch! Very clean and loads of equipment as well, would stay again if I ever returned to New Mexico!

Very nice and spacious. Super clean and host was very nice and responsive.

The apartment was very clean and cozy; I struggled with the key fob, but only because I've never experienced one like it prior. The host was extremely responsive and helpful, which I appreciate very much. The ONLY area of concern was the tenant directly above - that person stomps when they walk and it's so loud! Around 10pm, they sound like they are moving furniture and there's so much noise and banging; you can tell when they are awake. But, this is the host's fault/doing, but I'm adding it as an awareness item. I enjoyed my stay here!

Drew's place was wonderful. The house was clean and the beds and pillows were AMAZING! We truly enjoyed our stay.

My boyfriend and I loved staying here! Honestly, probably one of the nicest Airbnb’s we have ever stayed in. The place was very clean and elegant but had character. The hosts were also very responsive and friendly. Plus the hot tub was a bonus. :) I would definitely book again if ever in the area.
