Very good apartment and good location. Very close to Guarita Beach and Cal. Very friendly host and willing to help. We loved the stay and plan to return. We had a great time as a family. We had a setback that was solely and exclusively our fault and the hosts resolved it quickly and with great sympathy. I totally recommend it.

We love the stay! The house is simple, but very cozy and well cared for. The social space with the barbecue and the pool was a highlight, perfect for enjoying the time together. The house is also pet-friendly, which is great. The town is very calm and quiet, close to the beach and the avenue, being able to do everything on foot.

If you're looking for wonderful and preserved beaches, away from the madness of the big city, this is a great place. The village is simple, but from an incredibly welcoming people, I loved it. And it is very close to the best beaches and boat trips of Governador, as in the Bay of the Dolphins for example. The house is super cozy and extremely clean, as shown in the photos. There's everything anyone else might need, I felt at home and had great days there. I found it a good cost-benefit compared to the region's prices, I recommend it.

The house is perfect. There are two houses in one. There were 3 of us and there was plenty of room. the beds are super comfortable. Leonia and Jeverson are very friendly and helpful. highly recommended. If we go back to Santa Maria, it will definitely be there.

Everything was excellent. Margot is a genius. We didn't know anything about the city and we got lost, but we managed to get there and from there everything was a great experience, the views, the shopping area, etc. We'll keep it in mind for future trips.

The house is exactly the same as the listing. Nauzene is a lovely person. Me and my boyfriend arrived before the scheduled check in time and she was promptly able to anticipate our entry into the house. Communication with her was super clear and objective. Excellent option for those seeking tranquility and great structure for the family. The apartment is very equipped, it makes us feel at home. It has a good barbecue with equipment. The pools are well maintained. The beach is quiet, without crowds, loud music, family atmosphere, with lifeguards on duty during high season and few vendors. We stayed with our 3-year-old son and it was a lot of fun, every day was sunny, we enjoyed it a lot. I recommend it for those looking for tranquility, enjoying a beach and pool with the family. The condominium has shops in front, but it's also easy to get to the city center by car.
