The Shippon is a meticulously converted cow barn with heated, polished concrete floors, gently curving deep green walls, hand-built kitchen, warmly lit reading nooks, & natural materials. Woollen blankets, feather sofa, antique Scandinavian log burner, king-size bed with French linen & down, waterfall shower, & the softest towels. Our sleepy Devon hamlet is only lit by stars at night. April Cottage is located in Milton Combe (meaning 'middle valley') a quiet Devonian village dating back to 1249. An idyllic rural bolthole within a wooded valley located close to the Devon and Cornwall border, ideally situated to explore the whole of the Westcountry. 2 miles from Yelverton (local shops) and 8 miles from Plymouth. The choice is yours to relax around the wood-burning stove, escape to the wilds of Dartmoor and beyond or enjoy a local cider in the 16th-century pub opposite.

Unique accommodation in the centre of Kingsbridge

This charming 19th century Old School House is centrally located, a few mins walk to the quay and a short drive to numerous beaches. You will have the entire ground floor of the Old School House with your own access. The accommodation consists of a main living room/bedroom with double bed, sofa bed & TV, a dining area with fridge, microwave, toaster and dining table overlooking secluded private garden. The "snug" room has a sofa and TV. There is also a shower room with sink and toilet.

Beautifully Renovated Blackberry Cottage

Blackberry Cottage is a 300 year old cottage which we have lovingly refurbished into a beautiful cottage for modern living. The spaces are light and airy, the kitchen is south facing and has bifold doors leading out to the patio and garden, bringing the outside in. Blackberry cottage is available on a weekly basis during the school holidays with changeover day being a Friday. Outside school holidays the cottage is available for 3 night minimum stays for your perfect seaside escape.

Cosy 17th century Grade II listed cottage ,Totnes

Having undertaken a major modernisation the cottage retains many historical features . Sleeping 6 in 3 double bedrooms there is a large kitchen diner , sitting room with log burner , bathroom with bath and separate shower and a downstairs cloakroom . The enclosed small garden to the rear offers lovely views and the opportunity to star gaze at night . We allow flexible check in and check out times if there are no bookings either side. One dog is welcome for a small booking fee.

Wonderfully located for exploring the South Hams, the cottage is one and half miles from South Milton Sands and the South West coastal path. The gorgeous harbour town of Salcombe is less than five miles away. This cosy cottage is the ideal bolt hole for a couple with up to two children. Two bedrooms; one double bed room and one bedroom with two single beds. Bathroom has a bath with a shower over it. Open plan kitchen/living/dining. Fully working wood burning stove.
