The static caravan is located separately within the grounds of a private residence. It is not on a holiday park or site. Ideal for those wanting privacy. Not suitable for very young children as outside space is limited to a small patio area. Great for walkers/hikers or using it as a base. Close to the town, coastal paths and areas of interest. One parking space. There is off road parking for a second car.

Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place. The Boat house is a luxurious relaxing space, with Veiws to die for. Please note the hot tub is not available with this accommodation. A south facing stylish getaway in the middle of Exmoor National Park. There is private fishing for the keen fisherman, endless doorstep walks, fresh water swimming, a short walk into Dulverton for cream teas, boutique shops and fabulous places to eat.
